Zibah Hair Braiding

I started getting my hair done here six years ago. I love every style I get. She makes you feel at home, and like you are family. I'm tender headed, and she never pulls my hair tight. I definitely recommend her services.

Don’t waste your money. I originally went to this braiding salon to get invisible locs. I contacted the stylist beforehand asking if she knew how to do it. She told me she did but that was a lie so I choose to get passion twists instead since I really needed my hair done for work tonight. She was very loud in my ear as she was doing my hair. It took about 4 hours to get done. Once it was finished she burned the back of my neck with water and said she was just trying to wake me up. I looked in the mirror she didn’t part my hair correctly and she didn’t give me the length I required. Even though I didn’t get the length she still proceeds to charge me the amount of the length I wanted. She became very aggressive when I didn’t want to pay what she was asking for. Please don’t waste your time and money going to this place.

She's quite nice and all but I don't think she's great with kids cornrows and ask her price beforehand cos she tends to not tell you and then give you a ridiculous price afterwards. I won't be coming back.

I have been getting my hair done here for years. She does great quality work and is very flexible with your schedule. I don’t have headaches after like other places from tight braids. Would recommend 10/10

While the owner is so pleasant and definitely God-fearing which I love I'm totally dissatisfied with my daughters hair. These braids were literally done this morning and they look like they've been in for weeks. Her real hair wasn't molded down for the braids and none of her parts are straight at all. EDITED I have edited my original review. Miss Zibah called me today after I texted her. She was not nasty. Very polite and ended up refunding me half of the money I paid for the style with no problem. So grateful to have a positive resolution.

I love coming here to get my hair done. I also get my daughter's hair done here. The staff is professional and very welcoming. I have been coming here for years. I will follow BB wherever she goes and recommend her to everyone. My hair has always looked fantastic!! The prices are reasonable and BB makes you feel like family. I will continue to use Zibah Hair Braiding for years to come☺
