Mrs. Margaret has been growing my dreads for over 6 years and she has always provided me with excellent service. Mrs. Lydia always washes my hair and prepare it with care as well. I am a loyal customer of Wonderful Signature Salon.

Have been using this salon for about 5 years and I’m never disappointed. Always feels like family environment. Margaret is a great stylist that listens to your needs and you leave very satisfied. Lydia shampooing can make you feel like lala land. A place to try for sure if you want great weaves, natural hair, coloring etc. you get value for your money 👌🏾🙌🏽😊

My appointment was at 2 PM, but my wash didn’t start until 3 PM because the stylist was servicing two other clients at the same time. I ended up leaving at 430 PM. Unfortunately, my hair wasn’t even done. The foundation of my braid down—the most important part—was completely ruined. When I politely asked her to fix it, she argued that it was fine and said I would be charged more if she had to redo it. In the end, I was charged $85 for just a wash, blow-dry, and a poorly done braid down. It’s clear to me now that this salon isn’t equipped for weaves and takes no accountability. While I take responsibility for coming here, I truly believe God brought me to this experience for a reason. The level of unprofessionalism—charging someone to fix their hair and then blaming them for ‘not saying anything’—is unacceptable. Look at the picture of what I asked for versus what I received. Sometimes you never know who’s in your chair, but you’re about to find out. I hope this business has its ducks in a row because I have a responsibility to report this at my job, and I won’t shy away from it.

I love coming here the service is always amazing and they are very friendly they always make sure my hair looks nice and presentable whether it’s retwisting or braiding my hair I love coming here HIGHLY RECOMMEND they also do a good job at communicating

I will absolutely never go back to a chain hair salon again. Between the conversation and the level of service, I highly recommend Wonderful Siganture Salon - my hair looks fantastic and I will definitely be going back for maintenance and more! Going to take my daughter there for her fun color treatment as well! Very reasonably priced (...she didn't charge near enough for the quality level of work!) I can't say enough good things about this Salon and my stylist! ❤

I have been a client for years. I love my hair stylist and she gives so much insight even when I want my own thoughts of what to try. I appreciate her insight and wonderful SKILLS to be as creative as she needs to be depending on whether I am speaking in front, at work, on vacation, and with family. All looks work well.

I LOVED... the whole atmosphere of of it all.. She was so nice while doing my hair and she trimed my hair to give it what it needed. Will defiantly be coming back. THANK YOU!
