Sugar Salon and Spa

so I had my hair done by Chelle last night. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I asked for chocolate brown with blonde highlights and what I got was dark brown hair with WHITE highlights. I assume this is because she left me under the dryer too long while she talked on her phone. To top it all off it took her over 3 hours to do my hair and I left with wet hair because I had no more time. My forehead is stained with hair dye and I look like an old lady with white hair. I cried my eyes out last night and this morning. I spent $150 dollars for white hair. If she couldn't do what I was asking I wish she would have just told me and I could have looked for someone else. Needless to say now I have to spend more money to have my hair fixed. I guess you live and learn. The picture in the middle is what I asked for and she said no problem...the other 2 pictures is what I got.

Let me start off by saying I'm sure a lot of the other stylists are great, the location is really clean and the owner is very nice. If you are going in to get your hair colored and you are matched with Chelle Steele reschedule or run! I asked to go from Blonde to Light Brunette and I left in tears with BLACK hair!!! To add insult to injury she tried to argue with me about the color.... it matched the black shirt I was wearing!!!! Instead of leaving the product on too long because you're on the phone with your fiancé about dinner try to pay attention to your client next time!!! Below is the picture I showed her and asked for but I left in tears with BLACK hair!

Kaci is magic! Since moving to Gaston Co. 6 years ago I have struggled to find a stylist I've gone back to more than once. Kaci has me booking follow up appointments at every visit .. something I've never done before! Check her out, you won't regret it!

Kim is seriously a life saver!! She got me in and fixed my atrocious hair. She asked questions to get a feel for what I want but also let me know what she needed to do to be able to fix my hair. She listened and put out great work in a short period of time. Thank you Kim!!

Meredith Price is awesome!!! I trust her completely with my hair. I can go to her and give her free rain and she always does a good job. I highly recommend her.

Kim has created a beautiful salon! The team of stylists serve women, men, and children for cuts, color, and much more. They have an awesome nail tech on site. They have a make up artist as well and a person who does spray tans. Such a cute salon and a fun vibe! My whole family goes here for our hair needs.

Awesome! I finally found my awesome stylist. Her name is Erin. She treats me like royalty! Great at her job, and really pays attention to what I want in my style!
