Let me first say, I LOVE BLACK PEOPLE MO MATTER WHERE THEY ARE FROM! And the staff there was cool! I’m a loyal customer no matter where I go! But, I went there to get soft love before I sat down the lady told me 200 bucks, I was cool with it! ( Now keep in mind I’m growing out my hair! And I have had soft locs done in charlotte for a little under that price with no issue! ) I asked for a wash before I got my hair done which I was prepared to pay for! The lady was ok! Not welcoming but not not mean neither ( the lady who done my hair) Anyways, one thing I do not like is when I come into an establishment and it’s obvious that they speak English! And you can tell they are talking about you or someone in their 2nd language or 1st. If not it uncomfortable anyway ! But when it was time to go the lady who soft locked my hair went up an extra 50 bucks without telling me! I just paid it because I did not want to be one of those black American women they say are ignorant! I just say do not braid anyone’s hair or start on anyone’s hair before you give them an exact price!!!!!! Because it causes major confusion and unnecessary drama! What if I did not have the 50 to give! She said the lady charged me an extra 50 cause my hair was short! But I’ve had locs when my hair was shorter! And the price was at between 180 and 200. When things like that happen it makes me feel like someone is trying to take advantage! These are crotchets !!! Sigh! But I love God more than I do arguing or fighting! So I just say be accurate in pricing don’t finish someone’s hair and throw in extra money when done! It’s not right! Update: a whole day later and my hair is unraveling!!!!!!!! My niece who does braids and is out of the country on vacation says soft locs not supposed to to be burned!!!! The lady was putting fire on my locs and it unraveling where she done it and you can tell!!! I’m just gonna take them down! Waste of money please the place really has some nice ones but everyone hustles ! The owner needs to make her business more professional and care for her clients like they do money! This is why I hate trusting new people!!! You waste money and it makes you angry especially when you feel they got over on you

Senanmi did such a wonderful job on my hair. I came in yesterday for Knotless braids and I love it! She was very professional. Very clean and nice environment. I will be coming back for more braids. Thank you so much!

I cut my dreads off about 5 or 6 months ago and since then I have been absolutely missing them. I am letting my gray grow in but sometimes I want change. It’s been hard finding someone that does a decent job. They went beyond my expectations. They did an absolutely fabulous job each, and every braid was done perfectly. The parts are perfect and the price was very reasonable for what they did. I’m glad that I did stop in here. This is my first time here. I definitely recommend them. I didn’t have to sit and wait for hours for them to start working on my hair. I was able to get right in just as they said, they have hair there. There was several people There getting their hair done while I was there and each and every style was beautiful

I am happy everytime I leave. I have had various styles and they do a good job with them all from cornrows to the knotless. By far my favorite braid shop

I popped in on Friday to ask questions the staff was very friendly. I made my appointment for Sat AM and when I arrived they were ready to get started. My hair came out soo pretty. Prices are reasonable they are quick & clean. I will be returning to get my next set of braids.

Had in daughter in and out within five hours for small knotless. Not only were they quick, they done an excellent job.
