I very rarely leave reviews at business but I couldn’t help it! Best salon experience I’ve had in a long time. I called yesterday trying to get an appointment same day but with it being a Saturday they were all booked up (totally expected), they were so kind and generous and got me in next day. My stylist was Bella and she was so thorough; I got my hair cut and lightened exactly how I wanted! She was so sweet and listens to all my hair goals and perfectly created it! Definitely will recommend to family/friends!
Aubrey did an incredible job with the hair coloring, highlight, cut and styling my hair. Everything was all perfect. Not only did Aubrey did a great job on my hair, but she was very nice, our conversation made the appointment go by pretty fast. I absolutely love my hair and couldn’t be more please. I just wish I didn’t wear a shirt that I would care if I got hair coloring on it. Note to myself, wear an old shirt or one that I don’t care if hair coloring gets on it. I would still recommend Hair Bloom Bar.
I don’t know who I spoke to this morning, Saturday, January 31st, but it was awful service. I have only been to this salon once. I was trying to find out pricing to get my hair done and the lady on the phone could barely give me the attention to answer my questions. I was looking for pricing to get a partial foil and potentially a blowout, but wasn’t sure if it was in my budget. I have always had a blowout price be based on not only length but also how much hair I have. My hair is a little pasted my shoulders but is very thin. As I’m explaining this to the lady on the phone, she started talking. I paused and said "oh I’m sorry, I didn’t hear you" and she proceeded to tell me oh sorry I’m checking out a client. This continued to happen after I had already been put on hold. I get that they may have been busy but then maybe take my down my info and offer to call me back. After I finally finished explaining my hair and what I was potentially looking to get she said the estimated cost was almost $500!! Mind you this is only for a Brazilian blowout and a partial foil! She said the price could fluctuate a little bit, depending on if my hair was considered medium or long And also if they needed to use toner for the blonde. Who charges extra for using toner? Is it not self-explanatory that toner is expected to be used when having your hair blonde?? I feel like this is really taking advantage of people. When the lady on the phone told me the price, she also said that I could talk to the stylist and they could determine what was needed for my hair. So, I asked should I go ahead and put it on the appointment just in case. I also asked if I put it on the appointment and decided it’s too expensive once I’m there can I just remove it and still just do the partial foil.. I was then told that yes I could remove it, but I would lose my deposit because it would be considered a cancellation even though I would still be getting my partial foil. That is absolutely ridiculous! I told her that how am I supposed to know what the actual price would be if I have to wait to see the stylist . I have four children and cannot justify spending $500 on a partial foil and a blowout! I told her I have never had to spend that much on my hair before and would end up just needing to go somewhere else. All she could say to me was "sorry, Have a good day." I felt completely disregarded as a customer and That they were only trying to take advantage of people with overpriced products. The customer service definitely needs improvement and so does the pricing. I guess my first time being there went so well because I was a first time client. I can honestly say I will never be returning and will never recommend if this is how you treat your returning customers and take advantage on pricing. There are plenty of salons that are just as good and charge half the price.
I had Amy and she was wonderful. I haven't been to a salon in a while, and I'm looking for a new place and a stylist to call "mine." I think I found it! Amy and I immediately clicked, she was just so sweet, making sure to make me feel comfortable and confident with the process and plan. She even felt bad for not warning me that I may need an extra bowl- but girl I know I have a lot of hair and that's nothing new!!! I seriously can't wait to go back. I left feeling confident and stunning with my new color and cut which she was able to make even over layers of permanent color and box dye from the last few years. Needless to say, I LOVED the experience and you should definitely go.
Charlie was fabulous!! She listened to exactly what I wanted, communicated the whole way, asked questions to make sure - it turned out GREAT! Exactly how i wanted. And she was up front about cost when I explained what I wanted (SO underrated when people do this! I LOVE to know what to expect - thank you Charlie 💕) Also she is sooo much fun to talk to - made a long coloring appt feel easy. (and add to it, i was already nervous having to try a new stylist after moving states - now I can't even believe I waited so long! What a confidence boost 💁♀️)
Such a great first visit! Daniela took the time to really listen to what I wanted and made thoughtful suggestions that worked perfectly for my hair with the inspo I provided. I left feeling so confident and honestly, the happiest I’ve been with my hair in a long time. Highly recommend booking with her!
Amy did so great with listening and recommending colors and tones based on the pictures I brought in. She worked so quickly but got everything done right and on schedule without sacrificing quality, which I always appreciate. I also appreciate that we spoke about everything that needed to be done before getting started and she was honest and upfront with all the pricing. Thank you, Miss Amy for everything and most of all, I love my hair!! See you soon!
