I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Jessica. Finding her has completely changed my relationship with my hair. For context, I have very long hair (past mid-back), and while it’s beautiful, it’s not easy. It’s naturally wavy and frizzes easily, and because of its length and texture, it can be a lot to manage. I’ve had some pretty disappointing experiences with other stylists in the past. Either they’ve cut far more than I asked for, or I’ve walked out feeling like my hair looked worse than when I came in. Those experiences honestly gave me a lot of anxiety around getting my hair done, so I usually just try to handle it myself. But when your hair is this long, it becomes overwhelming to maintain alone. I decided to book with Jessica because her prices were reasonable and her work looked beautiful. I’m so glad I did. At my first appointment, I told her clearly that I love my hair long and plan to grow it even longer. She actually listened. Not only that, but she noticed I had some breakage (even though my hair was overall pretty healthy) and took the time to talk with me about what might be causing it. She explained that because my hair is so heavy, using claw clips and standard hair ties was creating more strain and damage than usual. No stylist had ever broken something like that down for me before. She recommended a few simple changes, and I decided to trust her advice. I saw immediate results. The breakage improved, but beyond that, my hair just felt better every single day. It became noticeably more manageable. And the cut? Perfect. Exactly what I asked for. Not shorter than I wanted. Not "just a little more." Exactly right. Almost immediately, people around me started asking what I had done because my hair looked so much healthier. And honestly? It was just her cut and her care recommendations. That’s how much of a difference she made. I’ve always wanted highlights but have been hesitant because my hair is very dark brown, almost black in certain lighting, and bleach has never been my friend. After such a great first experience, I felt comfortable enough to book again for highlights. And somehow, she absolutely nailed it. My hair came out softer, healthier, and exactly how I envisioned it. Every single time I’ve left her chair, my hair has looked and felt better than when I walked in (which if you’ve ever struggled to find the right stylist, you know is huge). Her pricing is already great, but honestly? I would pay more for her work. That’s how confident I am in her skill. And it’s not just her technical ability that keeps me coming back. Jessica herself is such a lovely person. She’s kind, funny, and genuinely attentive. She listens when you talk and makes conversation feel natural and easy, but she’s also incredibly intuitive about when you just want to relax in peace. It’s never awkwardly quiet, and it’s never overwhelming. It’s just the perfect balance. Every appointment has been a 10/10 experience. The other stylists also seem warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere is great overall. I have never had a "go-to" hairstylist before, and honestly never thought I would, but I’m so grateful I found Jessica. I’ll absolutely be going back for the foreseeable future. If you’re nervous about trusting someone with your hair, especially long hair, she is the one.

A big thank you to Ella! I was referred to Ella by a close friend and I am so happy to have found her. I have never received so many compliments on my hair and how much it suits me. I have also never felt so confident in my hair! I am enjoying the change in style. She took what I liked on others and pieced together what works for me and helped me step a bit out of my comfort zone. I enjoyed meeting Ella and her skills are top notch. I am looking forward to my next appointment with her!

I got my hair done on January 18, and the blonde looked very pretty BUT on the right side of my head I had about four stripes that were supposed to be lowlights for blending as my hair grew out, but they looked incredibly horrible. Two days later, my hair turned orange and yellow, which I hated. So, I decided to tone it myself, I then went to a different salon to fix it, and they showed me that the back of my head was very patchy. This was my second horrible experience at this salon. all I know is that my hair did not look like the picture she posted on her Instagram. Hopefully I’m able to get some type of refund

Audrey Person is a true artist when it comes to all things hair. Her expertise in color is unmatched—she didn't just give me a new look, she gave me THE look. She listens, advises, and works her magic with precision and creativity. Audrey’s skills will leave you feeling like the best version of yourself. Five stars isn’t enough—she deserves a constellation! If hair is an art form, Audrey is Picasso. If she ever quits doing hair, I’m shaving my head because no one else could compare. Aside from being the "monarch of manes", she’s funny, chill, and somehow makes three hours in the chair feel like a fun hangout. It’s an honor to be her client! This place is in the old "Wayne Candy" building. Wood floors and open ceiling. The staff there was very friendly! Train track in back of building.
