First Impressions Salon

I had such a great experience at First Impressions Salon in Fort Wayne! The salon itself is super clean, cute, and has a really relaxing atmosphere. My stylist, Andrea Krock, took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made me feel completely comfortable the whole appointment. I absolutely love how my hair turned out it feels healthy, fresh, and exactly what I envisioned! If you’re in Fort Wayne and looking for a salon that truly cares about their clients and does amazing work, I definitely recommend First Impressions!

Every hair experience I have had at First Impressions has been outstanding! I usually see Andrea and she always brings my visions to life. She listens and is honest about what your hair needs and what it doesn’t. You leave feeling transformed in the best way! Her little shop is cozy, stylish, and clean. I always look forward to my next visit!

You don’t find this kind of wonderful customer service anymore but I’ve been fortunate to find it here. Andrea does such a wonderful artistry with your hair and tries to do exactly what you want done. She took such care to keep my long hair as long as possible with my trim. Seriously reached every split end and she took her time to not take off anymore than was needed. I knew then I didn’t want anyone else touching my hair. I’ve since had her cut some length off and was very happy and not a bit scared to have her be the one to cut it. Thank you Andrea! Highly recommend this salon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was so disappointed by first impressions....3 different times. First, they messed up my husband's appointment so they gave him a gift card. I decided to use it for a haircut. My appointment was with Katelyn. I just asked to trim off an inch and thin it out a bit, nothing fancy. I was happy at first but when I washed out the style and brushed my hair I couldn't believe how uneven it was. I called back and they said a different girl would fix it for free. Although I requested to come when Katelyn wasn't working to avoid the awkwardness, I was scheduled 2 feet away from her and she didn't say a word to me the entire time. Didn't apologize or try to see why I came back in. The girl scheduled to fix my hair was very nice but the original cut was so bad, it needed to be completely redone. And instead this woman just kept straightening my hair and using men's trimmers to try to even it out. She was unable to make it even so after an hour I told her never mind. I had to go to my previous stylist and get another 2 inches cut off to have this all fixed. Really just can't believe how this was all handled and that 2 different stylist didn't see a problem with the hack job cut I was given.

We really like our nail tech Diana. Not only is she amazing at her job, she is wonderful with my mother (with Alzheimer's). My mom is able to voice her opinions and Diana listens and follows through. She has been doing my mom's nails weekly for a year. It helps my mom to feel beautiful. She just loves meeting Diana every week to get her nails done. I definitely give 5 stars for service and rapport. We just love Diana.
