Joanne is wonderful! If you're looking for a place to get a curly cut, she's the one. She helped me understand how to properly care for my hair, didn't pressure me into buying products (but I did anyway because the reasonable prices and the way it looked when she used them in my hair). She and I were the only ones in her salon which created a calm and relaxed environment. I loved the way my hair looked after getting the Curly Expression Cut and will be coming back for a Curl Maintenance - Dry Trim n the future.

Wow wow wow!! I’m blown away by Joanne!! Today I had my first curly haircut and let me tell you she is AMAZING !! She event went in depth on educating me how to take care of my curls moving forward, and what products to use. It was such a fun 1.5 hours spent with her, she is such a kind soul to be around, and I am SO happy with my hair!! If you are even slightly considering I HIGHLY recommend Joanne!!

Joanne cut my 13 year old daughter's hair. For years, we've struggled to find someone who could cut curly hair, and I've spent thousands of dollars trying every product. She spent so much time teaching us about the right products for her hair, how to care for it, and she even responded quickly with suggestions when I walked around lost in an Ulta a few days later. My daughter has been wearing her hair down consistently for the first time in years! We will definitely return. The photos are a before and after.

I had such a wonderful experience. I didn't get a hair cut for about 6 years and got my first deva cut here. I fell in love with my curly hair again. I was so nervous going in but she takes time to talk to you and figures out what you want. She is a very nice person. I am so so happy with hair, the haircut gave me such confidence! Highly recommend. I attached pictures of before (on right) and after (on left). My curls were in such better shape and in healthier condition after just one haircut and wash thanks to JoAnne. She helped me understand what products to use and about proper care for curly hair. A month later I am still very happy with my hair! I will routinely go back.

Since moving away, one of the things I miss the *most* is my incredible curly hair stylist. Finding someone who truly understands curly hair is rare, and she was honestly a once-in-a-lifetime find. Every appointment felt like magic — she knew exactly how to work with my natural texture, cutting each curl individually with such precision and care. She didn’t just give me a haircut; she shaped my curls in a way that made them come alive. The difference in my hair after her cuts was unbelievable — more defined, bouncier, healthier-looking than I ever thought possible. And the test of a good haircut is how well it grows out. MAGIC She also took the time to educate me about how to take care of my curls, teaching me techniques and sharing product recommendations that actually worked. I never felt rushed, and every visit felt like a collaboration where my hair was truly seen and celebrated. Since moving, I’ve struggled to find anyone who comes close to her level of skill and passion for curly hair. If you’re lucky enough to live nearby, do yourself a favor and book with her — you’ll understand immediately why I still think about her every time I need a haircut!

Joanne is amazing! She gave me my first curly cut ever and I couldn't be happier with it. I used to wear my hair up all the time but Joanne taught me how to style properly and I am in love! Highly recommend and definitely worth the price.

I just had my hair cut/styled with Joanne and it was a GREAT experience! I never really liked my curly hair, but after she cut and styled it, it looks amazing! Joanne really knows what she is doing and I am so glad I found her! I thought I knew what I was doing...and it turned out, I was doing everything wrong! LOL! But she took the time and showed me tips and techniques to get my hair looking the best! She gets booked up fast, so if you have curly hair, you need to call asap!
