Marissa is the best! She has been cutting my hair four years now. I get asked all the time who cuts my hair. Marissa makes you feel at home in her chair, has a beautiful soul, and brings out the best with whatever hair type you have. It has been fun to have my hairstyle evolve over the four years and Marissa is always ready to carve out and shape my next idea and set me up to switch to something new or grow out if need be. I trust her to do her thing and have a wonderful time in her beautiful and welcoming space while she cuts away all that hair!. Thank you Marissa!

I have never, in my 42 years, been able to embrace my natural curls. Marissa asked all the right questions, used the right products, and cut my hair so that I can wash and walk every day and stop frying my hair with a blow-dryer and straightener and still look awesome, actually better. Love her! She's also just a joy to be around!

So, I have been complaining about my super fine, STRAIGHT, flat hair all my life, partly because everyone else in my family had curly/wavy hair and I was so jealous. Thanks to Marissa, at 38 years old I found out I’m part of the wavy hair club!!! 🥳 Not only did she change my life with that realization, she also gave me one of the best cuts I’ve ever had, fixing what was a pretty rough situation I’d gotten myself into by not really knowing my hair and going to lovely but inexperienced folks for cuts. It was an incredible experience seeing Marissa not just for the massive hair revelation but for the care and attention she gave my cut and me! I’ve never had anyone take their time and make sure they got it exactly right like she did.
