I’ve been coming to Paola for a few months now and she has taken care of me. My hair was very dark and she lifted the color a lot without damage. Especially since I had been box dyeing it for years. She has grown into an amazing hairstylist and I recommend her to many. She is also kind and so easy to get along with. Everything I’ve asked for she has done. And we talk about realistic expectations and follow up hair care because with my dark hair and red undertones it’s very hard to expect immediate results when lightening. It’s a process and she is a great hair guide!
