I am deeply disappointed experience with a recent balayage service performed by Rebecca on 1/19/2026 @11am From the start the consultation was lacking where I sent reference photos and a requested a honey brown balayage and was quoted $180. Rebecca did review what we discussed about my desired look when I arrived. She began the service without greeting me or confirming the plan. During the application I immediately noticed issues. I had requested a very bottom heavy balayage but she applied bleach starting very high at my roots. When I pointed this out she agreed and while this was verbally acknowledged the application continued high up with uneven, unblended sections. The final result was extremely disappointing. The placement completely washed out my features, the blend was messy and inconsistent, and the overall look felt rushed and unrefined not what I paid for or what was agreed upon. I now need to have my hair corrected by my personal stylist, which is an additional expense I shouldn’t have had to take on. *Last photo was of my hair before:(

I’ve been going to Aereli for about 4 months now and she always does a great job! She is fast and very careful. She makes sure my nails look perfect before sending me on my way.

Just needed a haircut and had a wonderful experience! Called and they were able to get me in last minute. Everyone was very friendly and the salon was decked out for Christmas, super cute! Rhonda was awesome, super fun, great to talk to and did an amazing job with my hair! As soon as she looked at my hair she immediately knew what needed to be done before I even said anything 😂 very happy with the experience and the result. Will be back!

I went in to get an "A-Line" bob haircut; which I’ve had for many years. Anyways, after a year and 3 months I decided to get my hair cut, but this experience would be a 180 degrees from what I was use to. The stylist gave me an okay hair wash with super hot water and spilling into my ear (which I did inform), then throughout the whole appt, NO conversation was made at all. I have a high piercing on my ear & when he combed through, he tugged then turned on with a comb; that ish hurt so bad!!! Then I didn’t get the haircut that I actually wanted, to the hairline. But when it came time for me to pay, he sure was talkative and stood over right in front of me. The next day, the trauma to my piercing causing me to lose hearing in my ear after my EMT sis in law had to treat my trauma and hearing loss. I will NOT EVER be returning and I stand 100% behind this review. At this moment, I have a super swollen eardrum and a messed up choppy haircut. He knows who he is; I don’t need to say the name at all. All of this torture costed me $90!

Rebecca gave me the best hair cut I've ever had! She was very methodical and used some techniques I've never seen done on my hair before and gave me the perfect blend from short to long hair on my mullet!

Called earlier today to get an appointment, first girl answers the phone confused as if she doesnt run a business. Has her stylist call me a couple minutes later and he says he will only cut my hair if im.there in 5 mins, i told him i was lookong for something later and he just goes "ohh" and hangs up. This place is supposedly open late into the evening but i guess nobody else works there past noon? Nobody else was able to take a cut all day? Flagstaff os lazy and hair stylists are lazy, i called everyone in this town around noon amd they all weaseled their way out of work.

Great experience all around! I was in town for a wedding and they found a way to fit me in for a root touch up and pedicure. Fabulous service, wonderful conversation, and I’ll be ever appreciative for their flexibility.
