Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Harriet really knows what she is doing when it comes to hair color and highlights I love my hair! This is my second time coming to her! Not only does she do a amazing job but she fixed what another woman did to my hair I couldn’t get in with her one day and I went somewhere else and the last messed my hair up I came back to Harriet and she knew exactly what to do and fixed it thank you so much ❤️😊

Took my boyfriend here for a haircut since we used to go to Great Clips but they would always leave his head irritated and never seemed to cut it the way we asked (even with photo reference) so we decided to splurge and go here and it was very worth it. They not only cut his hair they actual way he wanted it but they told us exactly what they did so we could do it at home. I don't remember the exact name of the stylist but she was amazing. 10/10 will continue to come back.

You have to wonder how many customers this store loses each day because of its substandard website and phone app. Try to book on the website and you'll get a message that you "must enter card." There is nowhere to perform that operation, so you're done. Try choosing a location on the phone app and you will get a nice map of Flagstaff with no recognition of the store and nothing to click on. After 30 minutes, I gave up and went somewhere else.

Harriet = only stylist in Flagstaff that cuts my hair correctly. Book with Harriet... you're welcome Flagstaff! 💋

Kristy gave me a great cut and beard trim. She also gave me a great client experience. I have had 4 trips to this shop. and everyone was great.

This was my first time coming into the salon and it was such a positive experience. I got my hair washed, a haircut and got it styled! Kristal was my hair dresser, she had such positive energy and made me feel so welcomed! I had a lot of questions, she answered all of them and was so patient about it too! I didn't really have an idea of what I wanted but she took the time to help me figure out what I wanted! During the haircut we had a lot of fantastic conversations, I cannot stress enough how great she is! She knows exactly what she is doing, is very careful with how she cuts hair. I came into the salon hating my hair, but I left with a new cut and with confidence I haven't felt in years! I WILL be coming back and I will be recommending Kristal to everyone I know!

I’ve been here a few times and had wonderful haircuts done by Mikayla. Yesterday I had her strip out my old color and go lighter. She did an amazing job! So sweet, listens to my concerns and desires, and delivers. So glad I found her and she is definitely an asset to Fantastic Sams.
