Called to see if I could be squeezed in for same day appointment. Roberta was able to squeeze me in. I had the worst haircut from a previous chain haircut place. So I came to Distinctive Hair because it had great reviews and is very close to my home. Roberta was gracefully polite and asked me so many questions about what I'd want for my hair, if I liked certain things, etc... I've never had a stylist ask me questions but she knew her stuff. She would ask if it was something I'd like she gave me options and told me exactly what those options would do. She created images in my head of how the haircut would turn out so there were no ugly surprises. She was confident and my hair turned out amazing. Seriously these are the best bangs and layers I've ever had. I usually don't get layers but these are like GodDess-level on point layers and bangs! Roberta is a godsend I have so much confidence in this haircut. I will be back again. I have been to many stylists from Ginger Salon to Great Clips. I'm so happy to say I will be back to make another appointment with Roberta and her magic scissors!

Tracy did a great job on my hair! He didn't over promise anything. I came in wanting to get gray highlights to help transition growing my gray out. I came in with box dye black on my hair. Tracy was able to give me the highlights I wanted WITHOUT leaving my hair like straw. He was a pleasure to spend my Saturday with. I will definitely be coming back!

Tracy was a life saver!! First of all, he fit me in on short notice due to a disaster haircut I got from a different salon. My hair was so choppy and uneven and Tracy evened it all out and fixed the layers so my hair would grow out nicely. Tracy was easy to talk to and he was respectful and kind. And not to mention his prices are very reasonable. 😊

I came in with the most botched haircut ever. Tracy came recommended and he didn't disappoint!!! He made me feel sexy again! He was caring, compassionate and truly listened to what I was envisioning than he stepped it up! I cannot say enough good things!!!! He made me cry in the best way possible!!!!

No other hairstylist has ever worked as hard as Tracy to make my hair dreams come true. I have fine stranded hair, but a LOT of it, and often walk out hair salons with extremely choppy cuts. This was not the case with Tracy. Thank you for putting so much work and care into my hair. Side note, I spend all week talking to people for my work and tend to want a quiet haircut. I think Tracy picked up on this right away and was friendly but quiet through the cut. Thank you so very much.
