Me and my sister have come here a lot to shop. We are newer, just trying to get into hair and makeup; this place is great for those just starting out with this kind of stuff! The staff is very friendly, will answer your questions, and can have conversations. The store has a variety of materials, whether it is shampoo to lipgloss. You could definitely find something you would use. Thanks for your excellent service and products!

I just bought this wig from there and it was the worse wig I’ve bought. I usually get them from a friend of mine. But $75 later I’m pissed off with the quality of it. The threading was loose and the overall wig was not worth my time. I’ll never buy another wig!!!! Beware!! You can’t even touch the hair and I see why. I ain’t cheat on my girl again

Dank & unappealing atmosphere. Poor customer service. Anything I once purchased at rose beauty, I now get from @EBONYLINE.COM... FAR BETTER PRICES & CUSTOMER SERVICE, IN MY OPINION.

My granddaughter and I travel an hour and a half to go to Rose Beauty because they have the absolute best hair supplies in the entire area. We are always treated with the utmost respect. In fact, when we were there yesterday, we were greeted by all three of the employees in the shop. The customer service is excellent. We will continue to shop there for all of our hair products. Thank you!

The customer service was excellent. A very kind man helped me through the store to find what I was looking for easily. They had the best selection of products in a few stores. The only downside was an unbearable cigarette smoke smell. It followed me home on the products. It was bad. Really, really bad. No can of freeze would be able to save or hide that.

The huge variety I mean ANYTHING you could want for black hair, white hair too, is in that store. Plus cute clothes, REALLY pretty jewelry, and great odds and ends. Totally impressive no BS.
