I usually never make posts like this, but I feel like I need to because I’m really upset. All I wanted was some front framing layers with the back of my hair even and one length. I spent $73 on my haircut, and when I got home, I noticed one side was longer than the other. At first, I thought maybe it was just because my hair was curled, but the next day as the curls fell, it became obvious how uneven it was. I texted my stylist, and she told me to come back in. I did, hoping it would be fixed. But after I got home and straightened my hair, I could clearly see one side was still noticeably longer. When I let her know again, she asked me to come back a third time, but by then I didn’t feel comfortable. I asked for a refund instead, but was told that wasn’t possible and that I just had to come back in. I don’t think that’s fair. If a loyal customer spends $73 and ends up with a haircut that’s uneven twice, the right thing to do is to take accountability and offer a refund. Instead, I felt like I was being blamed and dismissed. Thankfully, my amazing cousin was able to fix my hair properly. I’m sharing this because I’m truly disappointed. A business should value its customers enough to make things right, especially when they’ve clearly made a mistake.

Stopped into the salon briefly and the vibe was immediately off. Owner was glaring and shooting nasty looks in my direction and obviously making my presence unwelcome, even though the salon was extremely deprived of customers. Staff were very quiet and unfriendly seeming as well.

the stylist who cut my hair did phenomenal, however I felt uncomfortable by the rest of the staff. one lady was very judge mental rather than helpful when I had a question about hair color. unfortunate.

I booked an appointment for a haircut at 5:00 PM and arrived 5 mins late but the stylist was still busy with previous client. She asked me to come back in 15–20 minutes. I waited, and returned after 20 minutes only to be told she had another appointment and that I should come back at 7:00 PM. This is absolutely ridiculous. I had the appointment, I waited as requested, and still wasn’t respected as a client. On top of that, the service and attitude were very rude. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Always a great experience there. The owner and stylists are very friendly and extremely helpful. Stephanie is an amazing stylist and always does a great job. Would highly recommend.

I was very nervous today as I never been to a salon. but it was time and I messed up my hair and I needed help. Sahara was amazing very kind and very informative. It wasn’t easy, but Sahara made my hair look so beautiful. I highly recommend.

Every time I go here I see Emily and I’ve always had the best experience. Emily is so sweet and does the best job on my hair. Every haircut she’s given me I have loved!
