I love Panache and always have an amazing experience no matter who does my hair. The salon always feels like a spa experience and every is so kind and knowledgeable!

Today I had my monthly appointment with Leah. She is both an amazing artist and stylist. My thinning silver hair looks amazing after she works her magic. My time with her is something I look forward to every month. She is also so personable and kind. I am so lucky to be her client. Panache is the best!

Courtney is my stylist. Excellent. My husband has curly hair and she knows exactly how to cut it. My hair is heavy and coarse, and she is great at knowing how to color, cut and style. I highly recommend her. The salon is spectacular - Clean, staff is pleasant and atmosphere is relaxing. Great place.

We have been coming to this salon for a couple of years and today's experience deserves ALL the stars, and then some. My 15-year-old son is extremely particular about his hair and after years of negative haircut experiences, it's something that used to cause him a lot of anxiety. He had been seeing the same stylist at this salon for quite a while, and absolutely loved her work. So, trying someone new made us both a little nervous. From the moment we met his new stylist those nerves disappeared. She was kind, attentive, and truly listened. Most importantly, she NAILED the haircut. My son walked out absolutely over the moon -confident, happy and genuinely thrilled with how his hair looked. As a mom, seeing that kind of relief and joy on your child's face is priceless. Yes, this is a higher end salon, and it is 100% worth it. The quality, care, and professionalism makes all the difference. A great haircut can change how someone feels and how they show up in the world, and today she gave my son exactly that! We couldn't be more grateful. Thank you for such an outstanding experience! We will absolutely be back.

I always have an amazing experience at panache, especially when Amber cuts my hair! Honestly she’s one of those rare stylists who listens to exactly what you want and will give it to you, but also has an incredible artistic eye to give suggestions when needed! I come away so pleased every time single time, and she’s wonderful at matching energy: always a joy to chat with but no pressure to constantly make small talk. I also want to note that the entire staff at panache has consistently been so kind and accommodating! Love the salon.

When I moved back to Erie I feared I wouldn’t find anyone that could do my hair as well as my girl in NY. Jessica had come highly recommended so I figured I’d give her a try. I’ve been coming here ever since. She’s amazing with color, very knowledgeable and accommodating of my hectic work schedule. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else or trust anyone else with my hair.
