My wife and I got our hair cut and styled the other day by Lisa and she did an amazing job. My wife is happy, and her hair is gorgeous!

I'm giving 1 star based on my personal haircut, which is horrific. I wanted a bob, showed pictures, and explained, and now I have a flapper girls cut, which I can't even do anything with because it's too short to even fix. Now I just have to let it grow out and pray that I can find someone to fix it in a month, when I have some length to work with. Lillian hacked ALL of my already short hair off, and I went to the bathroom when the cut was done to cry. Unfortunately, I couldn't do a lot, because my son was still getting his hair done. Lisa, on the other hand, who did my sons haircut and wave, did a stellar job! He looks adorable and he loves it! I however, am devastated that I have to go to work, and the store, and my children's school looking like I do for the next several weeks. Be careful who you visit at this salon

I went in for a simple haircut. It was obvious that my stylist was new, did not talk much, which is fine, washed my hair, but not the underside thoroughly. She asked what I wanted and I explained just a trim. I currently have layers I'm trying to grow out and didn't want any additional layers. She sat me in the chair and simply cut the length I wanted off. She didn't touch the layers which I guess is what I should expect by saying I was growing them out. She then spent 15 minutes blow drying my hair. She then showed me the back of my new haircut and told me my layers were really full of split ends and I should have them trimmed in 6 weeks. I was so over the experience, I threw my hair in a ponytail, paid and left. I styled my hair this morning and to my surprise it's really uneven. I called to see if I could make the hour drive and come back in to have it fixed. I was told the same stylist would have to cut it. I really don't want her to touch my hair again. I was told a manager would call me back to discuss it and still am waiting for the call. Super disappointed because I've been a customer for years 👋

I came in for a simple haircut, nothing more. My hairdresser Maddie seemed pleasant so I didn’t think anything would go wrong. At the end of my haircut she mentioned that she had thinned out my hair a little in the back because it’s very thick but she didn’t want to thin it out too much without my permission. I didn’t want it thinned out in the first place and I never gave her permission to do so. When she first said this I didn’t quite register what she’d done because I would’ve never imagined this happening. I’ve never had this happen at any other salon. She may have said she only thinned my hair out a little but it’s sure enough for me to notice the difference the next day and I’m not happy.

Went to get my hair highlighted and ended up with light brown caramel streaks. My hair looked no different. The girl was not even friendly. She maybe said 3 words to me the entire time, it was so awkward. I was not comfortable at all in that setting. I sat with the highlight in my hair for maybe 10 minutes, MAYBE. I’ve been getting it done for years and I know that it needs to cure at least 30-50 minutes to get the highlights to pop. She left A lot of conditioner in my ear after washing my hair. She tangled my hair so bad it took 20 minutes to even brush it out as she’s pulling all my hair out with the brush. She had the nerve to ask me "so does your hair always tangle this bad?" Yes, it does. And she should have known that just by looking at my hair when I first walked in. Really hoping to get it fixed for free. That was the worst experience I have had.

Laura is great! She’s super friendly, fast, and makes me feel welcomed and comfortable in the salon. She goes above and beyond in each consultation to make sure we are on the same page of what I want done with my hair and I’ve never been disappointed!

I have not had my hair cut in 6 years. I guess you can get away with dead ends with curly hair, but the hair stylists i have always went to would cut too short or layer the heck out of it and cause a puff.... I went in telling the stylist Jillian I didn't know what I wanted bc I have rarely been happy with a haircut but told her what I didn't want. She did great. She was very personable and I had a great conversation with her the entire time. It made for a great experience I even suggested my cousin to go there later in the day when I saw her. I really appreciated the experience I dont usually do things to prime myself and she made it a great b day for me...
