They are awesome! I called them to schedule they scheduled me in next day with Rachel, team is super friendly and welcoming! They definitely do knowing what they are doing! Such lovely salon! Definitely going back ! Rachel did such a wonderful job with my hair I love it !

I met Megan at another salon sometime in 2020! I've always struggled to find a haircut that looks good on me, but Megan helped me figure out cuts and ways to style it that really suit me. She's also such a kind person, I really look forward to the times I get my hair done. She also knows SO MUCH about hair and stays current with research and best practices. There have been several times that I have asked a question and she has an in depth answer from the top of her head. I was very excited for her to have her own space, and Hidden Gem really describes what this place is. It is a charming location with good energy. Megan's care for her craft and her clients will keep me coming back for a long time.

There is no one we trust more than Megan, not just with amazing haircuts and hair color, but with very nervous young adults who aren't sure what exactly they want or how to explain it. We have been blown away by her work and her kindness every time. She is a true artist and a complete angel.

I can't recommend Hidden Gem enough! Meg has been my hair stylist for years and through many hair changes. She is brilliant with color, everything from blonde to vivids. She starts every service with a thorough consultation. Her salon is bright, cute, and welcoming. I live out of state now and I still make time to visit Hidden Gem when I'm in Erie!

Absolutely LOVED going to Hidden Gem! Not only was Meg just great to work with but she took time to understand what I wanted done with my hair to execute it perfectly!! She was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She worked with my hair dye allergy and gave me realistic expectations for how long it would take and how much it would cost. Her prices were more than reasonable and comparable to other salons just slightly lower. She was easy to schedule with and even followed up after my appointment to ensure everything was looking perfect! Her experience shined as I had previously color in my hair and she was able to still get the results I wanted. The atmosphere was fun and enjoyable and the salon was very clean!!!
