Found Jacquelyn's through a dear friend. Mom loves her stylist and has a great rapport with her. Very accommodating and there's always good chatter and liveliness (but not too much) when we visit. Thanks for keeping my mom happy, she loves getting her hair cut here.

I went to Jacquelyn’s FULL service salon because I had heard so many good things about the salon. My first visit was a pleasant surprise . . . when I first walked in it was very clean, open & airy. It has a friendly atmosphere with several cute displays’ including wigs, hair accessories, scarves, handmade jewelry etc. Everyone in the shop is very friendly & Jackie (the owner) is a very special lady. My hair has gotten very thin over the last years & now I’ve become very self- conscious about it. Several months ago Jackie was trying a new product in the shop; she knew how uncomfortable I was about going out in public feeling like everyone was staring at my bald spots. The product is called "A Topper", an option for women who have thinning hair to look fuller. I really liked it, it looked great & I felt so much better about myself, but after a time I felt like I had a bird net sitting on top of my head. One day when I was in the shop, in friendly conversation Jackie asked me why I wasn’t wearing my Topper so I told her. Many times Jackie told me she could fix the problem by thinning the hair & reshape it to my satisfaction. She would remind me each time I saw her to PLEASE let her restyle my Topper to my satisfaction. She truly just wanted me to be happy. I made an appointment & went in this a.m. she worked & worked until I was completely comfortable with it, anything less than feeling good wasn’t in Jackie’s plans. She made it work for me. . . . . it looks fantabulous & I left the shop feeling so good about myself. Jackie is a very wonderful lady who cares about people & will do everything in her power to make you feel good & look your best. Thank you Jackie for being such a special person to everyone you come in contact with. Jackie's shop is the only shop I would honestly give 5+ stars too. You & all the ladies who work for you are real caring professionals.

I went in for an Aurora haircut. The stylist, Bella was not sure she could do it but would try. She was cutting my hair and was about to take my hair from the top clip and she stops and says I'll be right back, I said ok. Then another hair stylist comes out and says Bella is nervous and upset, she can't finish your hair. She then says that Bella said myself and my sister were talking about her and said we didn't like how she was cutting my hair. I explained that My sister, who was sitting over 25 feet from me, and I never said one word at all. The other stylist said she couldn't finish my hair until tomorrow. I told her I had to be in Fresno tomorrow to pick up our Christmas guest. She went to the back to call someone else to come in if they could. We waited for another 15 minutes and neither one came back up front. I took the clips out of my hair and we left. Leaving a customer with their hair chopped up and nobody in the shop could finish it is out of this world. I was supposed to go out of town for Christmas on Thursday, now I have had to change my plans and be late an entire day! All of this due to Bella, but her shop owner as well. This was incredibly unprofessional! I will never go into that Salon again and would never reccomend anyone else to go either. Believe me, if I voukd leave 0 stars I certainly would!

Amazing place. Jaqui takes great care with her customers—she worked hard to make sure my new topper blended perfectly with what’s left of my hair. I’ve been getting compliments ever since!

My mom loves this place and I can attest, it is always full. Great hair styles and congenial nail care personnel. Recommend!
