First of all, Natalie is amazing and should open her own place. She has been cutting my hair for years. I made the mistake of having Kim cut my hair a couple of years ago when Natalie was out. By the time I left, my long hair was hacked off like she used a machete. Her "layers" we're all the way up to my ears. It took my hair over a year to grow back. Fast forward to this week. made an appointment over the phone and was in a rush and THOUGHT I was talking to Natalie. When I arrived, it was Kim. I thought, okay, I just need to be really clear that I only want one inch off, and asked for a TINY bit of layer at the very bottom so that when I dry it, the ends flip a bit. She once again started to HACK it... INCHES coming off... I told her that's not what I asked for...I said one inch!! She told me, "those are layers!" I said again, "that looks WAY too short!" She kept going, all while continually insulting my hair for some reason. It is now a jagged mess of spiky pieces. I came in with hair to my chest, and left with a hack job I can barely get into a ponytail. I am furious and devastated.

I've been going to Kim (owner) for all my hair services for 25 yrs. UUUGH, has it really been that long?? My daughter gets her hair done by Natalie. I say, give them a try, you will be so HAPPY you did.

Lady on the phone was really awesome. But the lady that did my eyebrows did not ask any questions and just went away doing what she wanted. I specifically went there because they told me they would tweeze my eyebrows for me. I told them that I break out very easily and yet at the end of the process they put a product on my face. Luckily they didn't over do my eyebrows so I could fix it and completely do my eyebrows. I just paid $15 for nothing

Best hair cut/style I've ever received. Not sure of his name...It started with a C but I'm pretty positive he was the only gentlemen working their. I already have recommended this business to 10+ people this week alone.

We love Natalie! Great kid's haircuts. She does my color every month. Reasonably priced and she always has openings!

I went to dye my hair. Just todo simple roots. After my hair wash, I was put under a hair dryer which I have never been b4. After dying my hair for years and years . He didn’t even comb out my hair. So my hair was so so knotted and getting fried . I walked out . I paid of course but walked out with my hair wet and very tangled

My family goes there for haircuts and styling and we are highly satisfied with the service and the rates . Natalie is a very competent hairdresser and stylist.
