Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Worst haircut and color I have ever had. Karla was very nice but did a horrible job. She knew she messed up and offered to do it again. I allowed her to color it again and it turned out worse with huge chunks of blond highlights on the top of my head. I asked for all over color. The haircut was choppy and uneven as well. I did not ask for highlights. It was closing time. I had been there for 5 hours! She offered to have me come back the next day to try to "fix" it again. To top it off, she tried to charge me over $250!!! I refused but did end up paying $168. I’m kicking myself for paying anything. I had to spend another $200 at a better salon the next day to have it fixed! I actually had to call in for a day off work! There was no way I could be seen in public like that. Over the past 5 years I have been to this Fantastic Sam’s a few times and have never had a good experience (each time with a different stylist). There is no way I will ever go back and I would not refer my worst enemy to this salon. If I could give zero stars I would.

I am new to Oklahoma and needed to find a new stylist to color my hair. I was so happy to find Betsi at the Edmond location. She knew exactly what I wanted and my results were even better than I could have imagined. Not only is she a talented stylist but she is warm and friendly and easy to talk to. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars.

Living an hour and a half away, I stumbled across this place by chance. I was in the area to visit my father and googled nearby salons. As this place takes walk-ins and had alot of appointment openings, took a chance on Fantastic Sams. I have been to this salon now twice and the lovely Chelle(Shel-lee) has made me so happy with my hair. The first time she cut my hair, it went from shoulder length to pixie. She initially washed my hair and finished the overall look with a blowdry. I had been thinking about doing this big change for several weeks. Beforehand, no one had cut my hair since high school due to a bad salon experience I had. I now trust Chelle to cut my hair for me indefinitely and I am so happy to have a trustworthy stylist who listens to what I want done but gives me her opinion as well. Overall, Fantastic Sams has a wonderful, thoughtful team of stylists and a calming/warm vibe inside. The photos attached are from my second visit where I just had her cut without a wash or blowdry. Will be coming back!!!

Horrible place!! Please don’t go there. My son went there on 11.29.25 at 5:20pm and the lady did a horrible job. His hair was uneven on the back, on the sides and on the front 😡😡😡 to the point that we have to go to another place to try to get it fix. In the new place, they try to fix it as much as they could. I know his hair is going to grow back but please don’t go there.

I got my haircut in desperation! I needed a haircut, but all the salons want to keep my credit card in case I don’t show! I control my money, and no one else! Fantastic Sam’s did a good cut! Nothing fancy! Just a haircut! That’s all I needed!

I love going to Chelle because she knows my hair, always does an amazing job, and the experience is quick. My hair feels fabulous!!
