Amber was phenomenal! She did exactly what I wanted. I went for a blowout and a cut and the blowout left my hair so easy to manage and frizzy free. I haven’t had that experience in a very long time. The cut was spot on. She’s very easy to talk to even when I was having a quiet day and was too tired to really chat. That Made the experience that much better. Go see Amber in Studio 11. I highly recommend her!!

When I arrived I informed one of the stylists that I had never been there before and had been recommended by a friend. She told me where to go, but nothing else. I was sitting outside room 9, patiently waiting for the person before me to finish, when another person walks in and is put ahead of me. Keep in mind that I had been waiting for over half an hour and the front door says "walk-ins welcome". Prior to my arrival I had tried calling to ensure walk-ins are welcome, but perhaps that only applies to the regulars. Not to mention I had more assistance from a stranger exiting the salon more so than any of the employees. I had high hopes for this place but was very disappointed.

Neeta she is very helpful and awesome in eye brows trimming and her works is awesome. I am so satisfied with her work.
