I got my extensions installed here about a month ago and unfortunately did not have a good experience. The first couple pictures are from the same weekend that they were installed. They did not blend at all and the color did not match my hair color. I didn’t originally say anything because this was my first time getting extensions and thought maybe this was normal. I reached out to the owner and was told there was nothing she could do. Less than a month of having my extensions installed, they started falling out and poking out of the side of my head. I was told that this is completely normal and that this was probably my fault due to the way that I was caring for my hair (I had followed all the instructions I was given and used the products that I specifically bought at the salon). After talking to a few other stylists at different salons I was told this is very much not normal and that they needed to be taken out immediately if I wanted to avoid bald spots and further hair damage. I am super disappointed overall with how this was handled and I did not feel heard or understood at all when trying to resolve the issue 🙁 I am putting this review out there not to bash the salon, but just to inform others and make sure someone else doesn’t have the experience that I did. I was super excited to have extensions for the first time and unfortunately this was my first impression of everything.

I have had Wren as a hair stylist now for 5+ years and she never disappoints! I go twice a year, once to get my hair cut and the second time to get it cut and colored. She always makes me feel so welcome and has always given me what I have asked and has done far better than my expectations. Wren makes the experience personable for not only me but also for my hair. I've tried other stylists but no one seems to do as well with my hair as Wren and she always makes sure that her clients are well taken care of. Highly recommend Velvaere Mae and Wren as the stylist! The hair experience is amazing!

Bryar Boos is your go-to stylist! ✨ My experience with Bryar was incredible. She was so attentive and welcoming! I felt like our conversation flowed naturally even though it was the first time we met. She created such a relaxing atmosphere and listened closely to what I needed - I couldn’t be happier!

This salon is gorgeous and Wren is the most amazing stylist! It was my first time getting extensions and she answered every single question I had about the process of getting extensions, the maintenance , and care taking tips. The color match was perfect and I always feel so comfortable and enjoy my time sitting in her chair!! She asked me what I wanted every step of the way and I could not be happier with the results! I think the photos speak for themselves but my hair is a DREAM and was installed perfectly. Wren is educated on extensions and goes out of her way to make sure she knows what she is doing for whoever is sitting in her chair. Absolutely recommend her if you have or are considering getting extensions!!!!

I received a Haircut + Reiki from Malia and it was by far the best haircut experience I’ve ever had! The whole experience was therapeutic, relaxing and revitalizing. Not only is she such a genuinely caring person, but she’s also extremely skilled and intuitive in her work. She is a true healing artist and I look forward to getting my next cut from her! I highly recommend giving these services a try.

I'm going to be so honest - my hair has been through it. It's been damaged, neglected, and over-processed for YEARS. I had a lot of damage to undo. I moved to Minnesota and went out on a limb with a salon, and got matched with Wren based on my color/hair needs. That was back in 2020/2021 and I will literally follow her ANYWHERE now. She is so incredibly kind, and always has a funny story to tell when I'm in her chair, which really makes the appointment fly by. And she's excellent at giving product recommendations, as well. I've loved every single cut/color/style she's done for me, and I have never left disappointed. In fact, I had tried balayage coloring with other stylists before, and my hair either ended up damaged or just not looking "blended." Wren was the first one to execute the vision for my dream balayage bronde. I would trust her to do anything with my hair at this point. In a world where it's so hard to find a stylist you trust and who "gets" the vision you give them, Wren does all of that and then some! I HIGHLY recommend her for anyone looking for a well-rounded professional who can make virtually anything work. She's been my favorite to see!

I started going to Madison back in late Spring after she’d been cutting my daughter’s hair for a while and always did such a great job. I decided to see her myself, and I’m so glad I did. She really listens and gives you exactly the haircut you ask for. She’s so sweet, easy to chat with, and makes the whole experience enjoyable.
