Miracle Hair Salon has a rating of 4.5 out of 5 based on over 227 reviews on Google
Summer was super thorough with my haircut and I loved the results! She pulled up a lot of references and discussed the best fit for my hair along with what I wanted. She also gave a lot of tips on how to style the cut and what kind of products to use. Total for the cut was $45 and took about an hour (I have pretty thick hair). highly recommend 🙂
Summer be a hair sage. I’ve got dense and coarse hair that typically overwhelms a lot of stylists but she cut layers into it to make it more styleable for me at home. She keeps it real on your hair goals and what you currently have to work with, and she’ll also give you hair styling tips at the end. Definitely recommend getting your hair cut by Summer!
I just wanna say how cute and amazing my cut was from ms summer here at miracle hair salon! literally drove all the way from Augusta and was super grateful that I got to request summer. based off the reviews from other people, she really did a great job hands down!! she even taught me how to style my new curtain bangs and I'm so happy. yay!
Best haircut experience I've ever had. A friend recommended this Korean hair salon to me because I have straight hair and I have a hard time finding a good stylist in Atlanta for a reasonable rate. So happy. * They were perfectly on time. * The shampoo was incredibly relaxing. * Nichole cut my hair exactly how I asked and spent a lot of care to make it look good. The experience was no frills, very straightforward and I was happy to see her focus on doing a good job. * When I asked her for hair care advice she gave me a helpful answer without trying to sell me on anything. * The place is comfortable and accommodating and has a nice atmosphere. * My haircut was a total of $45. It's such a good price for the quality. * Plenty of parking and handicap accessible.
Summer did great job with my hair today! She cut it exactly how I wanted and took good care to make it look nice and pretty. She was so nice and I didn’t feel intimidated.
I've been going to this salon for almost three years now and it has steadily declined to the point that I cannot recommend it anymore. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A MENS HAIRCUT THAT IS SHORT. When I first started going here, I had a stylist, Nicole, for over 2 years. She was amazing, very skillful, and pretty easily to schedule appointments with. She left earlier this year and I had another stylist, Lee, who took over cutting my hair. Lee wasn't as good as Nicole, he was decently skilled but would rush through the cut a little more, was harder to schedule appointments with, and rarely was I completely satisfied with my haircut...but it was acceptable. I put some product in my hair and all the imperfections could be covered up relatively easily. Out of laziness, I continued with Lee until I was told recently that he had left as well. My most recent haircut was with Summer. Maybe Summer can cut women's hair, but Summer clearly did not know how to cut men's hair. All I wanted was a basic tapered fade that wasn't too short. She struggled the entire session but managed cut the top and sides decently with some instruction throughout the session. I should have known better but I didn't think of it until I got home that she didn't spend much time on the back and didn't show me the back with a mirror. To my horror when I looked at the back, this woman gave me a bowl cut with zero taper fade leaving the hair on the back way longer than the top or the sides. She basically didn't cut the back and the spots she did cut she tried to do some layer technique and so poorly that you can see uneven lengths all over the place. I do not have a difficult haircut and I'm pretty easy to please. I don't know what is going on at this salon but something is seriously wrong. Maybe Summer is amazing at women's haircut. I wouldn't know. But if you cannot cut a men's haircut, do not take on a men's haircut and the management should know better than to allow her to do it. People go to salons and pay higher because there are basic standards higher than supercuts. The haircut I received is way worse than what I would get at supercuts and that is unacceptable. Now I need to go get my butcher haircut fixed at another place. I will no longer come here anymore. The management has declined and there has to be some issue that hairstylists are leaving so often that I have three different people within one year. There are a few OGs still in the store that I've seen, but it's mostly new faces now. Hopefully if you ignore this message and still go, you get one of the OGs. Maybe they only know how to cut women's haircuts, but if that's the case don't advertise that you can cut both because you clearly can't. Again. DO NOT COME HERE FOR A MENS HAIRCUT THAT IS SHORT.
I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Miracle Salon. After being referred by a friend,we drove 45 minutes for my son's haircut, but the trip was a complete waste of time. Our stylist, Bobby, was incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment we sat down. There was almost no communication; I showed him a reference photo, and he barely acknowledged it. When the cut was finished,I asked if he could use a styling tool to finish the look, as it looks nothing like the picture we showed him, and my son is really disappointed, but he flatly told me he"didn't have time".His attitude was so cold and unprofessional that my son is now in tears because of how he was treated and how his hair looks. I never write online reviews, even when a service isn't perfect, but seeing my son in tears after such poor treatment is incredibly hurtful. For a place named "Miracle," the service was a total letdown.I will not be returning or referring this stylist to any parents.
