At Hair Salon

I’ve been coming to this salon since I’ve been pregnant with my first child in 2016. I’ve never had any complaints. I always left loving my cuts. Unfortunately, today I did not like how I looked when I walked out of the salon. I specifically asked for a trim and for long layers only in the front. But the stylist was chopping away leaving me with thin hair. He even confirmed to me he was gonna off a little bit and do long layers. He didn’t give me long layers the shortest layer is above my ears. I had a head full of thick hair before today. I’m just disappointed in what he did to my hair. I tipped him more than I should have to be nice

During our initial visit, we asked for a gray transitional color, but unfortunately, what we received was a poorly done blonde job that left us very upset. After posting a negative review, Jeff (the owner) reached out right away and invited us back the next day to correct the issue. He personally redid the color and did an excellent job—it turned out exactly as we had hoped. Thank you, Jeff, for your outstanding customer service and for taking the time to make things right.

This was my first time here, and I got a digital perm! They start at $180+. The photos are from the morning after I got it done. Charlie did the perm and he was great! He did multitask and work with multiple clients throughout the time but I didn’t mind at all because the perm process takes 3-4 hours. I would absolutely come back again 🙂

my hair was totally a HUGE MESS! thick, dry, long, i would say it's just exactly like a broom 🧹! not until a walkin to this hair salon, for real i just a walk-in customer, not expecting any miracle cause i know that my hair was a very very hard case for any hairstylist, i got JEFF, the owner as my hairstylist today, and he totally ATE !!!!!!! like for real i love my haircut A LOT!!!!, once again, if you read this, THANK YOU SO MUCH ANH JEFF, i love my hair so so much , totally come back, even it will take me about 1h45mins to atlanta, but this unexpected experience was amazing! highly recommended guys!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an amazing experience with my hairstylist, Jeffrey! He truly listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The result was even better than I imagined—professional, detailed, and beautifully done. I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend!

Today I scheduled a hair appointment for my girlfriend and requested a woman to have the haircut done because previously there was a great woman who gave her a gray haircut at this hair salon her previous experience she came out with a haircut. I gave her nice long layers and is very thick hair Now today she got a random guy, even though we requested a woman and he ended up ruining her hair. He didn’t ask for any direction he continuously left me unattended and then came back randomly and he thin out the hair like crazy ended up, giving her a wolf cut, which was completely uneven and nothing close to what she asked for.. One side is 3 inches longer than the other. We are so disappointed. Oh no left a terrible impression. The 4 Hour drive. was not worth it.

I just had my first haircut since the pandemic, a period spanning over three years. During this time, I've been managing my hair with ponytails and self-trims. This haircut was particularly significant because my daughter's wedding is tomorrow, and I couldn't avoid it any longer. I didn't set high expectations for the style and cut, I simply needed it done. I initially planned to visit the hair salon I used to frequent, but it seemed to have undergone a name change. I suspected that the previous salon didn't survive the challenges of the pandemic. The overall service was quite good. They thoughtfully shampooed my hair both before and after the haircut. What stood out was that Mr. Yong, the stylist, primarily used scissors for the haircut, which was a departure from the typical clippers that I'd experienced elsewhere. The pricing was reasonable, and I was particularly drawn to this place as it came recommended by my daughter. She has high standards, and her endorsement implied it must be a good choice.
