Pure Organics Salon and Spa

I just recently moved to Buffalo within the last year, I found this salon out of desperation for a cut. Little did I know I would find such a great place! Every time I come in Gabi and the girls always show such kindness and smiles; their commitment to giving the utter most incredible experience really shows!! Gabi did an incredible job with my hair and I cannot be more grateful!!

Gabi was amazing!!!! I am so glad to have finally found a stylist who I will regularly come to. She listened to exactly what I wanted and make it happen. Thank you!!! I feel beautiful

I love this salon and I absolutely love my stylist Gabi. She is the best!! A true artist. She is the sweetest most authentic person and I feel very comfortable in her chair. I’ve been a client for over a year now and my hair is so much healthier. I have thin/fine hair and past chemical treatments would leave me with a lot of damage, but the color and highlighting products they use make all the difference. I highly recommend Pure Organics Salon!

Went for a bridal trial run that cost $200 and took 3.5 hours . My makeup was done nothing like the picture , and my hair was done nothing like the picture that I wanted . The stylist did not have many suggestions of how to change or tweak it , was not forward to tell me maybe my hair was too thin for the style I wanted or perhaps she just couldn’t achieve the photo. I had zero volume to my hair and the curls were nearly non existent. I messaged the owner on fb explaining what happened in a very nice way . And I never got an apology or any advice as to if she would remedy the situation or not . wasn’t even looking for refund although that would have been nice was looking for a sincere response and all she said was thanks for letting me know. Was hoping for a very professional experience considering the money it costs and did not receive that , and horrible customer service . I rarely ever write reviews on google but this really disheartened me and wouldn’t want it to happy to anyone else as $200 is a lot of money. Below are my inspiration pics versus what I got .

I scheduled my appointment with Colby and I just love her style expertise. She listened to what I wanted and gave advice to help make it happen. I love what she achieved. My hair was soft and silky and had just enough body in it. I love that i did not get the strong smell of hair dye and chemichals. Every one is personable and friendly at the salon and I highly recommend to everyone.

I dont want to say names but i requested my appointment with "mandy" but when i got there they gave me a young girl which threw me off. When you request a stylist you should definitely get the stylist you chosen and if she couldnt do it they should have notified me before but anyways she took 2 1/2 hours just to wash and dry and "cut" my hair i requested long shag layers and textured and at the appointment i noticed she cut literally nothing off it was a dusting at most and her "texturizing " was to point cut the very ends of my hair but other than that she made the layers choppy and uneven she styled nicely at the end so i went out looking good and i was in a rush after 2 in a half hours for me to even ask her to fix it and I didnt think she could anyways probably only make it worse tbh . This was a few months ago i didn't want to write a bad review off the jump but now looking back on it I should've wrote a review because they probably gave me someone with little experience because I was a new face and they didn't care and i paid over 60$ for literally nothing.

Colby is hands down the best in the business!! Not only is she an amazing stylist, she’s fun to chat with too. The salon is relaxing and I always leave there feeling refreshed and beautiful 🙂
