I have been with Victoria for well over a decade and i will not trust my haircut to anyone else. She is very accommodating, extremely kind and friendly and runs a top notch business. I guess with all of these 5 star reviews many others feel the same way!!!

Love my new cut, and color! Super low lights to blend with my gray and red hair! Victoria is collaborative, a good listener, and has a great ideas. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Victoria since the beginning of 2024 and never had an issue until now. I even brought my kids to her for haircuts because I trusted her with my family. Unfortunately, the moment I spoke up and said I didn’t like the service I received, she decided to "part ways" with me instead of handling the situation professionally. Back in June, I paid over $300 for a full head of highlights, yet it wasn’t truly a full head. When I put my hair up, you couldn’t even see highlights underneath. Despite that, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and continued coming back. At my most recent appointment, I asked for face-framing highlights so the brightness would show when I put my hair up. Instead, I was given only a money piece on top that turned orange and extra highlights through the middle of my head—completely ignoring what I was concerned about. On top of that, she rushed through my appointment and didn’t even style my hair, which was part of the haircut I booked and paid for. I left with wet hair and results I wasn’t happy with. When I reached out about my concerns, she first agreed to fix it, then changed her mind and told me she couldn’t meet my expectations. After spending well over $200 this time, it was incredibly disappointing to be dismissed this way as a loyal client. I’m sharing this because I don’t think it’s right that someone who’s been nothing but supportive, and has invested so much here, gets pushed aside the moment they speak up about an issue.

I've been going to Victoria for years and would not go anywhere else! She is the best - she is so friendly and incredibly talented. Victoria takes the time to understand what you're looking for and the outcome is always amazing. I always look forward to my color appointments with Victoria knowing it will look amazing!

I have gone to Victoria for years now and even followed her to her current location. She is truly one of the nicest and most talented hair dressers I have ever been to. I am not great at knowing what I want to do so I leave it up to her most of the time and I have never been disappointed! I get many compliments on how "nice my hair always looks". She is amazing!

I have been a long time client of Victoria's since 2017. I have been turned away by other salons because I have black hair and had always wanted to go blonde and they weren't willing to take the risk. When I found Victoria, she was always upfront with me about setting expectations and let me know early on that transitioning to blonde would be a several visit process in order to maintain the health of my hair. I am so happy I stayed the course! I get compliments constantly on my hair and people ask me how it stays so healthy. The salon's boutique environment allows for it to feel like a private appointment. Not only is Victoria always incredibly talented in her work, but delivers an excellent client experience overall. She takes her time and makes sure I am happy with my results. I have always felt valued as her client and am happy to have developed the friendship I have with her over the years.

Victoria is talented, kind, and welcoming. I have been going to her for years and even since I've moved to NYC, no one touches my hair except her and I will travel back to Buffalo to see her. I still use every product she has recommended. You can tell she cares about the quality of her work with how gently and precisely she applies color. I like that the salon is a calm, clean, relaxing space without excessive movement, noise, or harsh lighting like other salons. Makes for an overall enjoyable experience.
