Soko Salon

I have been going to Liv for my hair for over 4 years. She is constantly learning the latest trends and techniques, adaptable, kind, and dedicated, making her an incredibly talented hair dresser and stylist. She works with me by helping make decisions, provides recommendations, and offers stylistic guidance when I want to try something new. Also, the salon is so bright and fun and it’s a pleasure to be there.

Best salon in Denver by far. Liv is amazing and so so so talented. I’m crying that it took me until my 5th year living in Denver to find this salon. Go peep their Instagram to see the work being done in this building - you’ll book immediately (like I did). I’m in awe and in perpetual shock and amazement. 5/5 stars , see you this month!

I have been seeing Liv since 2017! She is the first and only person I have let color my hair! I went from seeing her about every 5 months to every 3 months! I love that every time isn't the same service and she truly caters to what my hair needs! That has ranged from baby lights to a full balayage! She has given me the perfect low maintenance blonde! Liv is truly so talented and now that I live out of state, I will still be traveling back just for her services! I couldn't recommend her enough!!

I haven’t had a regular stylist in years, am prone to go cheap or just cut my own hair, but was going from long to short so wanted to do it right. Wound up booking with Makenzie and she did such a perfect job and was so considerate and intuitive and kind. I don’t usually think to writes reviews but have to recommend her!

Soko Salon is the absolute best! Christi is amazing—she makes my hair look so good every time. Her and Liv, the salon owners, are so badass! The whole team is so talented, welcoming, and fun to be around. The salon has the perfect mix of cozy, friendly, and edgy vibes—you feel right at home the moment you walk in. It’s such a special place to me that I even got engaged here! Truly the best spot in town. Can’t recommend them enough—check them out!

Elizabeth was truly the best! We cut quite a bit off my hair in length like 6-7 inches and she was careful and considerate. I have never left a salon with a short cut and felt as good as I do. Never thought I would ask for a long blob when sitting at a salon but I did and trusted her to work her magic. Too many times, I go in with a vision and the stylist does not speak up with their expertise and just does it what I ask -Elizabeth took the time to remind me she was the expert and gave her opinions and took great care. will definitely be coming back

I have seen a lot of stylists for cuts and colors, and Liv at Soko Salon is one of the very best. After trying several other Denver stylists, I was lucky to have found Liv. She is excellent at color analysis and working with clients to find the color that suits them best. I love how she has transformed my highlights! I have a lot of hair, and finding someone who understands hair and texture like Liv does has been a struggle. The salon itself is welcoming, busy and has a great Denver city vibe. If you are looking for a new stylist, check out this place. Can't go wrong with any of the excellent stylists at Soko!
