If you need a cut and/or color in the Denver metro area, book with Jessie P. A friend who’s been going to her for years (Jessie even did her wedding hair) referred me about six months ago, and I couldn’t be happier. This is genuinely one of the best haircuts and color services I’ve ever had—and I’ve been coloring my hair for almost 30 years. I’ve gotten tons of compliments, and she really listens while also giving expert guidance (especially helpful if you’re not totally sure what you want). Plus, she’s fun/super cool, easy to talk to, and just an all-around pro. The best of the best!

I’ve been going to Jessie Peterson at Scarlet Salon since moving to Denver 5 years ago! She’s not only great at cutting, coloring, and styling my hair, she’s a joy to be around and chat with. I trust her with my biannual highlights and my hair always grows out super natural, it’s kind of magic. And I always leave feeling like I just had a yap session with a close friend!! Plus she gives the best scalp massage when she’s shampooing. My only complaint is that I cant make it in to see her more often!

I got highlights and a trim. Mikayla (sorry if I spelt that wrong) did my hair. It looks amazing! The vibes were positive and she was so sweet. The first two photos are before then the rest are after! I have thick and long hair. And she still did amazing

if you're new to Denver, or just looking for your new hair girl - look no further! Elle is amazing!!! the whole salon is wonderful, and the vibe is great. Elle has given me the confidence I need when my hair is so dry (especially in CO) and crazy and covers my quickly growing greys. Cannot recommend enough!!

I had very long, thick, outgrown side bangs (see my picture before). I wanted to do curtain bangs this time. I showed the inspiration picture and asked if the stylist could do that…I’m going to let these new bangs (see pics) speak to the service I have received. Not only it looks absolutely nothing like what I asked for, it’s also way too short and uneven to get it fixed now. It’s going to take months to grow out. It is just so awful. The damage is done. I feel vandalized. My beautiful hair is ruined. If you don’t have the confidence in your skills to do what the client is asking for, just say so and don’t cause damage. Do not let Zach touch your hair under no circumstance. I originally booked with a different stylist but got moved to Zach by the receptionist for some reason. I guess I won’t be leaving my house for a very long time with these bangs. What a nice cringy hairstyle for the holidays 🥴 No apologies from anyone.
