I cannot recommend Salon Vo enough! His color work is absolutely incredible. He takes the time to listen to what I want, give honest advice, and somehow manage to deliver results that look even better than the inspiration photos. My hair always turns out vibrant, dimensional, and perfectly blended. On top of the amazing technical skill, the staff is kind, professional, and make every appointment feel relaxing and fun. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands color and consistently delivers stunning results, this is your person!

Moving my review to the full internet, away from just Yelp, because the world needs to know that this salon is a joke. I wake up every day feeling mousy instead of sexy, and it truly is because of the mess Thanh at Salon Vo left me with. I wouldn’t feel right just leaving this review on Yelp. It needs to be everywhere. People need to know. Look at my pictures. You be the judge. I had dark brown hair and wanted chunky honey/caramel balayage (see inspiration photo) and came out platinum blonde and 6-8" shorter instead. Hair was fried. New bald spot, too. Had to go back under for another 2 hours to warm up the mess, and then came out with "burnt" edges and lines that were something out of an 80’s playbook. Absolutely horrendous job. Thanh was juggling two other clients and trained some other guy on the fly to finish coloring my hair who had no clue what he was doing, and this was the result. I could go on and on. Ultimately I had another salon take me back to my original brown because Vo’s job was THAT bad. It’s going to take me close to a year to get back to where I need to be in order to get me to what I originally wanted, so now I’ve gotta live with this until then. I can’t begin to tell you how upsetting this is. Homie needs to go back to school or take some courses on coloring or something. He isn’t qualified to do color. No one there is. I’m not the first or last person this has happened to. If you choose to go here, just know it’s a gamble. I wouldn’t bet your hair or confidence on it.

My curly silvery hair was getting rather unmanageable and I wanted to try a smoothing treatment. This salon came up high in reviews for Brazilian Blowout so I scheduled a consultation and had the roughly 4.5 hour service with Than and Thai working together. Could not be happier with the "supermodel hair" that resulted!

I was doing some volunteer work in the area and saw the salon. I just did an unplanned "walk-in". I gave the owner a rough idea of what I kind of wanted. I loved his confidence. He said "I know exactly what I want to do with your hair." I let him. I was surprised and super pleased with the results.

I am very disappointed with my experience here. I came in asking for darker hair, but instead my hair was lightened at the roots, which was the opposite of what I requested. I also had extensions put in that were a different color from my natural hair. At the end of my appointment, I was told I could come back next time to have the extensions colored to match my hair. The extensions should have been matched properly when it was being installed especially given the high price I paid. Within a day, the extensions started sticking out and is now very visible. The overall result looks unblended and unnatural. For the cost, I expected professional color-matching and a seamless finish, not an additional bill to fix problems that should have been handled correctly from the start. I will not be returning and I would not recommend this salon for extensions or color.

Adding photos again since he had my old ones removed. Worst place ever. These photos were taken 6 days after having my extentions installed and after going back 2x to have them fixed only to be treated poorly and argued with. On the 7th day, I went to another salon in which they removed them immediately, documented it for training their staff and rated it the second worst install they had ever seen. Had Vo apologized and fixed it, I wouldn't be upset but instead he blamed me and argued with everything and refused to fix the problem. Most unprofessional experience I have ever received. Salons are supposed to be fun, enjoyable and make you feel better. NOT leaving feeling emotionally abused, out a lot of money and embarrassed to be seen in front of friends and family because they can see your extentions sticking out. It was an experience that I really don't understand and I hope nobody else has to experience. Sort the lowest reviews so you can see what people are really experiencing instead of the fake reviews he's posting to try and cover up what really goes on in this salon. I wish I had done that. Waste of time, money and topped with gaslighting from the owner himself. The mere fact that he disputed my original post with Google to cover up the poor service that I received shows the extent he'll go through to cover up bad service. Imagine how much easier it would have been to apologize and just fix my hair.

I’ve been going to Salon Vo since 2022. I moved back to Colorado from California and wanted a salon that knows how to work with Asian hair. I’m so glad I found a Vietnamese owned and run salon. I always get a balayage and Thanh is great at toning my hair. He’s done different variations from ash blonde, mushroom brown, and espresso brown over the years. I love that they always give you a blowout so you always leave looking great.
