KeratinXpertshairsalon

First time visit to Keratin Xperts and Jules knocked it out of the park with this color and trim. Convenient location, lovely atmosphere, very clean and inviting. Was offered coffee and water, nice playlist. I found the pricing to be compatible with what I have paid in Delray and also in Boston. I will return!

I was looking for someone to do a keratin treatment on my 4a curly hair. Carlos is the curly expert and he was amazing! The service was professional yet efficient especially if you know how long keratin treatments can take. Clean and beautiful salon, would recommend!

I walked into Keratin Xperts and there was a Keratin Special for $175. Jules did an excellent treatment on my hair. She was super friendly, knowledgeable and recommended products. My hair looks and feels great!

I had been so scared to pursue keratin but finally went for a consult here and decided to do the formaldehyde free formula. They took such great care of me, priced me correctly, and my results are fabulous! I will be doing this treatment forever! If you’ve been on the fence about doing it, go here and just do it

Carlos is a hair wizard!! He takes my dark curly hair and makes it beautiful- blonde and straight!! He can do blonde and keratin at the same time with no brassiness. And he is fast! He also does amazing precision cuts. Diana makes everyone feel warm and welcomed! I have been coming here for years and highly recommend!!

Check their YELP reviews, even worse than Google. Carlos the owner behaved very nasty, they charge you atleast double of the Groupon Keratin price. False advertisement about formaldehyde free keratin on Groupon. Once I got to the salon, Carlos admitted that the advertisement is not true after I asked him 3 times because he kept denying it at first. He got very attacking, loud, rude and arrogant because I was asking questions about his false advertisement, started yelling at me. He would not let his female staff make her own decisions , he was behaving in a very chauvinistic and extremely controlling way towards me and his staff, making his staff embarrassed that they work for him. He is destroying the Bussiness for his staff, he needs to stop being at the saloon or retire at this point. What a joke of a person.

I had an amazing experience. They were so tentative to my hair and my well-being during my hair appointment. I absolutely recommend going here if you’re looking to get a keratin treatment my hair looks stunning and they made me feel so beautiful.
