Cloud 10 Blow Dry Bar & Beauty Salon

This is my second trip to Cloud 10, and this is a fantastic salon. It looks and feels very upscale without being pretentious. I booked my appointment online. When I arrived, I was greeted and asked if I wanted something to drink. They made me feel welcome. This is a nice touch in today’s world of excellent customer service being the exception not the norm. I only waited a few minutes before my stylist Melissa introduced herself and invited me to her station to consult with me and confirm my requested services. The shampoo room is really great it has muted light which allows you to relax. The shampoo and head massage was awesome. I was so relaxed that I felt like I could out of the great chairs they have. It was nice chatting with the stylists. They had a great rapport with one another which made it seem like they enjoy working there. All in all, this was a great experience, and I will definitely go back.

I visited Cloud 10 Blowout Bar in Delray this past Friday with a friend to get our hair done. It was our first time there, and based on their website, we expected the listed blowout price of $65. Nowhere online does it indicate that this is a starting price or that the stylist would evaluate our hair before determining the final cost. At checkout, we were charged $160 total — $75 for my friend and $85 for me — without anyone ever explaining that the price could vary or that a hair evaluation was part of the process. For first-time guests, this lack of communication was really disappointing. Had someone simply explained the pricing beforehand, we would have understood what to expect. When we asked for clarification, the front desk staff was not helpful or apologetic. The interaction felt dismissive, and we were left going in circles with no real explanation or concern for the miscommunication. Overall, this was not a good first experience, and I will not be returning.

Amazing experience at Cloud Nine! From the warm welcome by Jody who runs an amazing business there to the wonderful shampoo by Makena and a gorgeous, bouncy blowout by Jessica, everything was smooth and efficient. I received so many compliments—everyone there was amazing!

Cloud10 has been the only place I trust with my hair, makeup, and now nails. I have had services almost every other week for over five years. I have never been disappointed and I have lots of hair maintenance needs! I also had my bridal hair and makeup done by Jodi’s team 3 years ago and I cannot refer her enough! Jodi and her team truly ensure you float out feeling relaxed and beautiful. I highly recommend it!!!!!

I’ve been going to Cloud 10 for 10 years. Their service is exceptional. The owner, Jodi, is wonderful along with all the stylists. Melissa does an amazing job on my color and Jessica gives the perfect cut. Everyone is super friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. And they always go above and beyond to accommodate scheduling appointments. I look forward to my appointments as R&R, catching up with the girls, and walking out with great hair every time!

This salon does not stand by it's products and services. After having an $80 pedicure with a $20 tip for the 3rd time with Wendy, I noticed that the polish on one foot had completely peeled off a week after I had it done. I used the product Dazzle Dry which should last at least 3 to 4 weeks. Unfortunately I was away on vacation. While I was away I also had a death in my family so coming home was a bit of a whirlwind. As soon as I could I contacted the salon and explained how disappointed I was in their services. They informed me that if I had notified them within a week of having the pedicure they would have dealt with my situation but since it was over 2 weeks they said I was too late to complain. Once again I was out of the country and then my mother passed away. They had no sympathy or concern. They just reminded me that I was too late. What has happened to good customer service? They had no empathy nor do they take any pride in the services they provide. They have lost me as a good customer and I warn you that these are not people worth doing business with.
