Allure Glam Styles LLC

I visited this salon with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite arriving on time for my 10:30AM appointment, I was immediately met with a delay as the stylist was starting work on another client. I was then led to the wash bowl, where a new assistant, who lacked experience, washed my hair. The process was inefficient and uncomfortable, taking an hour, and the assistant seemed unsure of what they were doing—braiding and unbraiding my hair multiple times before proceeding to blow dry it. The blow-drying itself was equally painful and poorly executed, requiring the stylist to take over. At 12:30PM, over two hours after my scheduled appointment time, the stylist informed me that it would take an additional 2 to 3 hours to finish my service. At that point, I made the decision to leave. What was even more frustrating was the stylist’s lack of urgency—she was casually watching TV on her phone during the process and took breaks to rewind the show. Additionally, the wash left my hair extremely dry, which is concerning given the time and money I invested. The lack of professionalism and disregard for my time is disappointing. I’m unsure how this salon has received so many 5-star reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience in the hopes that future clients will receive the high-quality service they deserve.

I booked her services twice now and left each time very pleased with her work and loving my hair. She is a full-service hair stylist, so it felt great to not have to worry about washing and blow drying my own hair before my install appointment. She does it all! And is very kind and professional as well. I definitely will be booking again

Dee is amazing! I found her by fate lol. The shop was clean and stocked with snacks. She’s professional, punctual and cares about the health of your hair! I’ll definitely be booking again.

Experience was amazing. She went above and beyond to contact me knowing I was interested. Her personality was a vibe she had me laughing the entire time. My wash was like a spa treatment She was gentle but soothing My hair is freaking amazinggggggggggg I came in with an Afro hiding under my ponytail but she made me look and feel THAT GIRL!!! 100% worth the 45 minute drive. Thank you again

Omg.... I have never been able to get and keep my hair silky and straight... Edjina did a wonderful job with my hair!!!! I unwrapped my hair this morning and it's still prefect after working 8 hours in and out of the sun. Thanks again Allure Glam!!!!!!!!!!!

The way my hair is so healthy now ! I love it. We started doing treatments last year and my hair never feel this good. I love not having to worry about my hair before I come to the salon anymore. Going to get my hair usually be stressful cause most stylist now want you to come wash, but Dee want you to come as you are. Her shampoo are the best ! I be falling asleep getting my steam treatments. Her space is so clean and calm.

I’ve been going to Edjina since October and I just can’t help going back, she’s amazing!! She did a highlighted sew in on me and ate down was rocking that for a bit but my latest appointment with her was a relaxer and clip ins and ya’ll….my hair blended with the clip ins so well I can literally get away with saying it’s all my hair—like yeah girl I told you had inches I just needed that relaxer to prove it 😌
