I was desperate for a wash and style and was turned away at Great Clips even though I had an appointment and I had an event I needed to get to. I called Kim’s and they got me right in and did a great job! The wash was wonderful and my hair looked great! I’ll definitely be back and the price was perfect!

I had haircut here couple weeks ago, although the lady did not talk too much with me, but I am very happy with my new look and that’s all I care about. My new haircut is very close to the picture I showed her. If you want to have a perfect hair style with affordable prices, you should definitely try this place.

I will not be going to this salon anymore. The hair designer was neither friendly nor listened to my request for hairstyle recommendations. I was unhappy with my hair, so I went to another salon the next day and found out that my hair was not properly trimmed. One side had layers while the other side did not. I doubt her skills.

We had Cate and she was absolutely fun and professional. She made me feel absolutely beautiful on our big day. My hair and makeup turned out perfect and I hardly had any idea on what to do. She’s amazing. Would use this service again!

I’ve been going to see Sophia for haircuts and straight perms for over 10 years. From their old location to their new. I adore her and her Mom, they always take good care of me and make the best out of my thick wavy hair. Highly recommended. Walk-ins only, so be patient when you go in, it’s worth it.

Unfortunately from other customer reviews, it's clear the pattern of racism is not a coincidence. I came in with my friend of a different race, and it was obvious they did not treat them the same as the stylist treated me. It didn't seem like they respected what my friend wanted and quickly finished with what they wanted. But with me, they were kind and gave me more time to take care of my hair. I don't understand the discrimination, and it is disrespectful.

Bad attitude for different racial, even they are from Korea, huge shame to them, don’t care what customers want for their hair style, if she cut your hair badly , she will ask you pay extra for fix it. That means pay for her mistake !! So disappointed !! Only show her smile to customer when the moment you pay it !!
