I would give 0 stars if I could. I asked for a 1/2 inch trim. I’ve been growing out my hair for 6 months and it was the best it has ever been. The hair stylist cut off 3-4 inches. Feathered the length half way up and feathered my bangs so thin!!! Not only that, it was uneven and choppy. It looked like I cut it myself. I went back a second time to ask them to fix it and it still came out uneven!!! I went back a third time to ask for a refund and they only gave me $17 out of the $45 I spent. Not even half. I wish I never came. All my hard work gone in one sitting. I have spent the entire week crying. Christmas and New Years is around the corner and I am so embarrassed. I wear my hair up all the time and now I need to go to a 2nd salon to get it fixed for a THIRD time. I am so heartbroken.

I’ve been a loyal client of Annie's salon for 15 years, starting at their original location in San Francisco's Sunset neighborhood and now happily driving to Daly City despite it being further away. Annie is simply the best! She has cut my hair, my two daughters’, my sister’s, and even my father’s over the years. Beyond being efficient, precise, and affordable with both cuts and dye, Annie has watched my family grow up. She’s always warm, personable, and genuinely interested, often asking about my family. Despite being in high demand, she always does her best to squeeze me into her schedule. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. Highly recommend!

Came here to rave about my hair and Annie, my favorite stylist. I can’t believe the bad reviews I just saw. I have been coming to Annie’s for two years now and have seen plenty of happy and entertained children in the play area. Never have I ever observed someone not being greeted upon arrival. You have to ring the bell to get entry, and the staff always greets you with a hello and a beautiful smile. So that Lady pretending to have been left sitting unacknowledged with her crying child is highly suspicious. And the lady complaining she had to go to the salon next door to fix her hair seems to be fishy to me too. Annie and her staff are excellent stylists, and it is highly unlikely that any of them would make such amateurish mistakes. I have never seen anyone leaving unsatisfied or upset in the least. I, myself, am always totally happy with Annie’s work and with my looks. Annie is an artist, highly talented, knowledgeable, and very professional. Hope she’ll never leave the area! 👏🏻🙌🏼🥰

I bring my kids here to get their haircuts and they love coming here. My kids have semi long hair and it’s$35 to get their haircut. My kids would show them they hair style they want and they be able to cut and style based on the look.

Absolutely horrible. Worst salon I’ve ever seen. Went in with my little one for our appointment (first time), the owner lady didn’t even say hello (after we said good morning), barely acknowledged us while we waited. There was communication; we didn’t know which stylist it was going to be or what to do. Since they had a kids table, we just sat there & played with toys while we waited. When my little one was really stressed out about the haircut & was crying a lot, the owner lady & staff showed absolutely no empathy or tried to help in anyway. Again, the owner hardly even looked at us, and when she finally did, she said "I told you we can’t do haircuts for kids who react this way. We’re not cutting his hair." I have no issue if the haircut can’t be done, but her whole demeanor and response was atrocious!

Been going to Annie for 4 years now, since before she moved locations. Was recommended by a coworker who has gone to her for decades. Annie is very skilled and knows how to cut dense / wavy hair 🙂
