I loved my experience here, the vibes, the atmosphere and the conversations. When I first sat down I had a consultation in which they checked to see if my hair was damaged from past bleaches and explained to me that they needed to test the color. Yuzi did a beautiful job on my hair she gave me Balayage, a cut (also trimmed my bangs), she used a toner, washed/blow dried and dyed my roots (covered all my grays) and curled my hair. My hair looked just like my inspo pic I showed her! (Which wasn't easy because it was an A.I. pic) I also loved how other hair stylists took time to help achieve my hair goal. The whole process took around 5 1/2 hours, the black was very challenging to remove so I appreciate how her and everyone did not hesitate and took their time and effort to do this Balayage. They have amazing talent in what they do and I highly recommend them to make your hair look beautiful, healthy and really bring back the life in your hair. Thank you Yuzi and all the hair stylists this is deff my go to spot! The total bill was $425, which is what I expected but it was totally worth it and very much needed.

I choose this salon to get out of sf city with high expectations. Reviews were quite deceiving. I had a long hair so wanted a nice sun kissed balayage (it was in a process to be perfectly styled). I will let the picture do the talking. In process of getting extensions and verge of possibly a lawsuit. Christine did my hair but never got apologies except partial refund and 2 treatments with no cost and a product that's not helping cause my hair is severely damaged as well as my scalp. Went to see my demonologist for my scalp irritation. The emotional and visual damage I experienced is unexplainable after I explained my needs/wants clearly. Only Yuzi was good & empathetic who did my post care but my hair was untreatable (cries)

came in wanting a cherry brown hair color, but Vahn suggested trying a balayage with a reddish brown tone — and it turned out so beautiful! She really takes the time to consult with you about your hair, explains what’s realistic based on your hair condition, and makes sure you understand the results before starting. I appreciate her honesty and skill — my hair looks amazing, soft, and vibrant! Definitely recommend Vahn if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your hair. 💇‍♀️✨

Got my hair done here today with Alex!!! I asked for balayage along with layered hair cut!! Alex did an amazing job!!! I've been having a hard time finding a good hair salon. This place is the best place to go to. Ask for Alex!!! I recommend him!! He was so nice and he made sure I walked out looking nice and feeling confident!! I swear it looks even better in person.

This salon seems to vary by service. I got a perm and they rolled it really well, but I wouldn’t return for a perm. I saw lots of great cuts, including quick service dry cuts, full color, or wash, cut, and style. Those all seemed good and I know people who go here consistently for their prices. However, they over-processed my perm by leaving the first solution on for almost an hour resulting in pretty bad damage. Maybe I would return if I’m really insistent that they don’t do longer than 30 minutes with the first solution, but it left me feeling pretty bummed and stressed about the damage after I spent a long time getting my hair healthy before starting perms.

I am a believer--many reviews hype up Alex as the go-to pro and they are not wrong. He is The One who will fix your hair right up. He is a very skilled stylist, based on the way he handles his tools, thoughtfully examines and shapes the hair. It feels like he JUST KNOWS. Trust his process, you'll get great results. I am usually hesitant of new stylists trying to impose beyond my comfort level, but with Alex, I was a happy customer the moment he showed me the mirror. Well worth the appointment. Cut and color does take a bit of time so be sure to expect at least 2 hours for the magic transformation. You'll be pleased, do give this place a try!

I love Kelly and Jessica so much! They both are so trust worthy and it’s great how skilled they are in styling my post pandemic + post partum hair. Here are a couple of photos from last month. I am planning to getting permanent straightening done form them this long weekend
