Karen is the best at what she does! I have been going with her since I was 15 years old and she has never disappointed. She takes her time when it comes to her hair services which is something I really like because she focuses on perfecting her work and giving me exactly what I ask for. The amount of compliments I receive on how amazing my balayage looks is crazy!!! She truly has my hair looking bomb! Besides her being a true expert in her work, I love that she creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all her clients! Karen does an amazing job at my hair every time. I have thick wavy naturally dark brown hair (and A LOT of it) and I went blonde about a year ago and am constantly getting compliments on how good her technique is.Being in the hair industry myself that's actually a huge compliment! I first went to Karen right before my wedding in 2023. I found her page on Instagram and fell in love with her style. I pulled up some inspo photos and videos from her page and I told her that this would be my wedding hair. She was more excited than I was for getting me ready for the big day. I fully trusted her based on her IG. She made me feel like a queen the entire time and she is the funniest hairdresser you’ll ever meet! And she’ll tell you all about her love for animals! I walked out feeling like a million bucks. It is now September 2024 And I needed a retouch really bad. I went back to her and It was like I never left the chair. Made me feel right at home and gave me my bomb balayage. Not only did my hair feel amazing, but also, it’s really fairly priced and that’s hard to find in the Bay Area these days. I’ll be coming back again and again!

This place is amazing. I found Karen by an Instagram ad. I was following her for a while and finally booked an appointment. Karen asked me for inspiration pictures of what I was looking for. She did not disappoint. Her work was even better than the picture. She listened to everything I wanted and she did her magic. Karen is such a great person. Her work is top tier. Her salon is clean and spacious. If you hoping to get your hair done come to Karen she is great. Don’t be shy she is super nice and also has a lot of great conversations during your appointment.
