An amazing barbershop. I’ve tried many places around the Bay Area, and finally found that Wei here is the best. He is extremely skilled at men’s haircuts and has a lot of experience. As someone with high standards for Asian hairstyles, this is the first time I’ve met a barber who truly and completely met my expectations. He has a great attitude and communicates very well — he first asks about what you want, then works efficiently without unnecessary back-and-forth, and delivers a result that’s even better than expected. He also explains what styles suit you best. Highly recommended.

I brought my child in for a haircut. While the hairstylist was still working and I was having a conversation with them, the manager loudly called out my name and interrupted us, asking me to come to the front desk and pay first. I found this behavior unprofessional and disrespectful, and I did feel offended. Based on my experience, the manager’s behavior felt noticeably different toward female customers. Friends of mine have shared similar experiences, which is why they no longer come to this salon. I hope this was an isolated incident, and I genuinely hope to have a better experience in the future.

I had an unexpected surprising experience at IV hair salon. The cut here was both affordable and enjoyable. Seven is an incredibly skilled hairstylist who effortlessly delivers exceptional results. I asked for a layered cut, and he gave me exactly that in under 45 minutes. My friend also got his haircut here (walk in), and it turned out exactly as he wanted (high quality and efficient). Plus, they offer a slight discount for cash payments—just $50 for women and $35 for men! Highly recommend!

I got a hot perm from Run, and I absolutely love the result! He really understands what people want and knows how to bring out the best look for you. The perm turned out so pretty—soft, natural, and exactly what I envisioned. Run is super skilled and also really easy to talk to, which made the whole experience enjoyable. The owner lady is also incredibly kind and communicative, making the booking and consultation process smooth and stress-free. The whole vibe of the salon is welcoming and professional. Highly recommend if you're looking for great service and amazing results!
