I’ve gone back to Arukas twice to get my hair cut over the past year, and I highly recommend Kaz! Super friendly and gave me exactly what I asked for, which was a toned down version of a wolf cut. He styled my hair at the end, too. As someone who lived in Japan for 5 years, I can attest that the service, price, and quality of haircut are on par with what you’d get over there. Highly recommend 🙂

I went back 3 times recently after tried Kaz 3 years back. This time: Once with Yosuke, it was bad and I had to go back and ask him to correct me. Then twice with Wataru. First time Wataru did an okay job. Second time he needed to trim my volume it became so bad I am still trying to fix: he will take his scissors and horizontally cut all hair in the row beneath the top layer. Once those hair started to grow it made the volume look even bigger. The experience was pure HORROR! And they keep increasing price for such shitty haircut. They can’t call themselves Japanese with their attitude to quality

Since I was recommended this place & stylist by a friend, I always make sure I book with Kaz. When I first gotten my haircut with Kaz, I knew I could put my trust in him. He helped me figure out exactly what would work best with my hair and face shape so this time I decided to get my first ever perm. Again, he took the time to recommend styles that would go best with my face shape and throughout the process makes sure I like the style. He is very kind and patient and fun to talk to and of course, very talented! ありがとうございます

I had a haircut with Kaz and it was such a wonderful experience!!!! He was so kind and attentive throughout the whole process. So great to chat with too!! I loved how my hair came out and it's started to grow out nicely. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and I'll have to come back myself! ^ㅅ^

Got a haircut by Yosuke. Booked an appointment online and was confirmed quickly. The haircut was really good! Yosuke was very detailed and was great at telling me what steps would happen. Really appreciated the care in having my hair washed, cut, then blown dry. After blow drying my hair, he was great in fixing up any small details and checked with me for many things. I also thought it was fast and good, which made it even better. There is parking in the structure where the salon is located, and did not find it difficult to find parking. When exiting, follow the signs and turn left to find the salon.

I booked with the Rei Chiba, the worst stylist I’ve ever seen. Please don’t have any appointment with her if you’re going to cut women short hair. She feels like still in training (or an intern level), and absolutely has no idea on what she was doing and cut my hair wayyyyyy to short than what I asked for. After I washed my hair at home, I realized how terrible she did on my top hair. (It is a joke that a stylist could have make such mistake on short hair). Now I can’t even go out without an hat until it grows back to normal. Very disappointed experience to cut my short hair here.

Highlights recommend this place. Staffs are super friendly and very professional. Yoshiko was very professional and designed my hair.
