I had an amazing experience with Zoe F., Master Stylist at Ulta Beauty – Creve Coeur. From the moment I sat in her chair, she was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Zoe adjusted the color more than once until it suited me perfectly, and she never made me feel rushed. Her attention to detail and calm, friendly attitude truly made a difference. She genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to be happy with the final result. I left the salon so happy and excited about my hair, the color turned out beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. I will absolutely be coming back, and honestly, Zoe will be my hairstylist forever. Anyone looking for a stylist they can trust should book with her at Ulta Beauty – Creve Coeur!

My girls father purchased gift cards from this location. Each 100$ today my dagger attempted to use hers online. Her cart at check out was 112$ . She used her points and another card on top of that to cover the balance. But prior to her adding the other cards, it took all her money off the first card except 1.23$ . I called the customer service. They said "oh it’sa hold because the sale didn’t go through, it will take 5 days to put the money back"… that’s theft! The money has not been put back. Be careful using your gift cards! Check your balances and make sure they aren’t keeping your money. I’ve seen several TikTok’s today about this.

This review is more for Ulta as a company than this specific location but my gift card was purchased from this location. Please be careful purchasing gift cards from Ulta as their policy is that they do not refund gift cards for unauthorized purchases. My gift card was redeemed by someone in Utah before I ever got to use it. Customer service that I spoke with on the phone said they would replace the gift card via an electronic gift card; however I received an email the next day saying Ulta would not be replacing it. They have no concern about the incident only that the card has been redeemed.

Loved the store and selection. The manager was at the front, she was so sweet. I spontaneously decided to get a blow out and got assigned to Tegan and she was a dream! So sweet, so good, and patient and nice! So talented! My hair feels great and I feel great. 20 stars for Tegan!!

The girl at the register just now was rude and sounded sarcastic like she didn’t wanna be there. I had a gift card and my debit card works all the time. I asked her to try another register or to enter my card number manually which I know is possible because I’ve worked retail before. She just didn’t want to help me and it was embarrassing I ended up walking out not buying what I came for. I guess I’ll go to a different Ulta to use my gift card:/

The staff were so nice and welcoming today and I appreciate that considering I just had a not so great experience with their competitor (S).

I ordered for pick up from this store location last week. The order was prepared quickly, pick up associate was courteous. I did have a follow-up question about another product while in. Another associate was pulled for such task. Unfortunately, she was anything but helpful. I mentioned my hesitation in purchasing the product formula we were discussing & asked if she had any suggestions. She offered none. She simply stated she’s never had the same issue mentioned. Self awareness was not in the room with us 🤣 I thanked her for her time & departed immediately. Sweetie, this is about your customers’ needs, product experiences & skill set not yours 🫨 Hope this helps!
