Papillon Salon & Spa

I recently discovered this hair salon m near my house, and I’m so glad I did! They offer same-day appointments, which is a huge plus. The salon itself is lovely and very spacious, and all the ladies there are incredibly kind and welcoming. I took my mom in for a haircut and asked for someone who specializes in short styles — Shana was amazing! She was super sweet, professional, and really took her time to make sure everything was just right. The result was perfect — honestly, even better than what my mom had before! She left so happy, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Great salon I had a great massage in this place.It was amazing the therapist was knowledgeable and really professional. I requested a deep tissue massage. I left very relaxed and slept whole night like when I was 20 .Roland is the next generation of massage therapist. He is the eagle one .Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to go to. Julie did a fantastic job with my hair! Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. My hair looks AMAZING!! Julie is the best hair dresser I have ever been to, and Lindsey did a fantastic job styling my hair into mermaid waves! 10/10 recommended.

Congratulations Lauren for 18 years of Hair Styling. Keep up the great work. Go see Lauren for hair cuts, color, color correction, friendly service, and good conversation. Papillon Salon is a great place for a guy to get a haircut. My son, Dillon, and I get our haircut by Lauren and she always makes us look good. Keri, the owner, Sandy and the rest of the ladies there at Papillon Salon are as nice as they can be. I highly recommend that you try Papillon Salon.

Such a wonderful salon, the staff is very friendly and welcoming! Gwen did a spectacular job on my hair and kept me well informed during the entire process explaining why she was taking the steps she took and what the outcome would look like. She showed a lot of care for my hair as well as excitement for the finished product, i will definitely be back!!!

UPDATE: Owner called @ 8:18pm Thursday night to apologize, take fully responsibility & offered to refund the money. She stated that she watched the stylist today do a layered cut & realized how she could have come to the mistakes she made. She said I could go in on Friday to pick up the refund. Then, Friday morning I receive a text asking me to remove the negative review as a condition of the refund. Very unprofessional & I decided I would not be bought. If You are given bad service by a stylist, you get an honest review of that service. Do not go to Papillon salon in Conroe. Took my 10 year girl to get a haircut & to say that they butchered her hair is being kind with my words. B is so depressed about her hair & the fact that she may have to have a short hair cut in order to fix it, which she’s does not want. She tried wearing a hat to cover it up & even a messy bun because she’s so embarrassed, she should not feel embarrassed from a so called professional stylist!!! 😡The owner of the salon, Keri Storie, would not offer a refund because she guarantees her stylist work, which she hung up on me during my conversation with her. GUARANTEES????? Really?!?! I no longer have faith in her salon or the stylist professionals she chose to represent her salon. I had to send her text pictures of the horrible haircut by Lauren, which I have saved. So I will have to pay another stylist to fix her hair. I am so very disappointed in Keri and her salon & so called professional stylist. She also had the audacity to imply that my daughter must have had her cut by friends at school, bc surely her stylist could not have done that job 😲…that’s admission that it was bad!!I took the picture that same day as the haircut when we got home, this provides a clear picture of her integrity & character to blame my child or someone else for the cut…seriously, what can of person does that?!?! Do not go to Lauren or Papillon salon!!😳🤯

Lauren has taken care of me several times. Always wonderful to have her do my hair.
