I’ve been consistently returning to Ms Yoon for a soft wave perm with layers for the past few years. If you have thick, straight Asian hair, this perm will hold for 6-8 months with the correct styling and care, which Ms Yoon will walk you through during your apt. The perm causes low damage, mostly to the ends of the hair which can be fixed with regular trimming. I love that I save hours of styling in the morning every week with this hairstyle. Not to mention that Ms Yoon is so sweet to talk to during apts.

Miss Yoon was a delight and my hair has never looked this good. I have never gotten as many compliments as I have after she cut my hair and gave me a very light perm. This was my first time getting a perm, but I will be back. It's about $100 for a perm, but she does such a good job I wouldn't dare try and get one elsewhere.

Yoon gave me the best haircut I have ever had !!! I’m not used to people complimenting haircut , but Yoon gave me such a good haircut that a lot of people would compliment me!! It is such a nice feeling getting a haircut that is a cosmetic improvement and not just have shorter hair !! Yoon is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to hair and taught me so much there is know about hair !! I also received free styling after which was very nice !!

Horrible experience. My mom came here to get her hair fixed as it had multiple colors and she needed a haircut. The lady who I assume is the owner scammed my mom out of $215. She told her she would bleach the dark out of her hair and put the color she wanted ontop so it was all one color. That was a huge lie. Her hair looks horrible, the "bleach" wasnt done right, she still has dark hair underneathe this horrible gray blonde color she put ontop. The haircut she got is uneven, not to mention her hair looks even drier than before. I called her to tell her of our unsatisfactory experience and all she could say was "I told her it would take another treatment" that is not true, ive gotten my hair bleached and had a new color that exact same visit at a different salon. Please do yourself a favor and go to Nurtur salon on Lane Ave for color treatment as the owner here doesnt know how to do color.

My friend introduced me to this place when she permed her hair. Yoon recommended I get a perm also so, three days ago, I had my hair permed here too. Yoon is doing an amazing job and I'm very happy. It saves me a lot of time to take care of my hair and no need to style. it changed the direction and shape of my hair, which was refreshing for me. If you have very straight hair like I do, I recommend it. By the way, Yoon is the best barber I've met in OH.

Yoon is an excellent stylist and gives great recommendations. Had hair permed and continue to go in for maintenance trims.
