Phia Salon provided the most incredible salon experience I’ve ever had. The quality of service was outstanding, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the professionalism was unmatched. Minnie, my colorist and stylist, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and made sure I felt heard every step of the way. Not only is she super funny and friendly, but her extensive expertise made me feel confident that my hair was in the best hands. As a curly girl with thick hair, she perfectly achieved all my goals and gave me a finished look I absolutely love. I also have to mention the whole team—everyone was so friendly and supportive, which really added to the positive vibe of the salon. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Phia Salon to anyone looking for top-notch service!

Carmela did a fantastic job with my hair. She was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Her consultation was as thorough as it could’ve been. She knew which questions to ask and she actively listened to my responses and she took them into account as she crafted my style. Truth be told, I was looking rough with my shaggy unmanageable hair. When she asked what I had in mind, I told her I was open to anything and that I didn’t know what I wanted. Thinking about it now, it wasn’t so much that I didn’t know what I wanted as I didn’t know how to voice it. Her experience informs her work such that she asked a few more questions to establish my preferences. And then she got to work. The conversation was very pleasant and she was very efficient. In terms of the cut, it’s spot and I love it. I hadn’t had a haircut in 6 months. My confidence suffered and I didn’t feel like myself. I was so fed up with my hair today that I didn’t care where I went, I was getting it cut. I needed to take the time to take care of myself. When all was said and done, I walked out of the salon recognizing myself again and that felt really good. Today was about much more than just a haircut. This was about the total experience and it was wonderful. I rebooked on my way out.

I saw Jacki 6 months ago for red/brunette all over color and to go from below the shoulder hair to a short bob. The results were exactly what I was looking for and I have been seeing her every 8-10 weeks since for maintenance! The results last so well between appointments! I have gone to many different salons trying to achieve the same results before coming to Phia, so I am so happy to finally find a stylist who I trust 100%. She reaches out before every appointment to see if I want to change anything and she is so thorough in her questions so she knows exactly what I’m looking for. She is also so kind and caring!!

Gia is a godsend! She really is fantastic at holing hair. I never have met someone who is so knowledgeable about their craft let alone who can explain it to me so I completely understand. I found Gia after researching who I should go to in order to get my haircut corrected. Not only did she correct my hair, she made me feel comfortable again. I could go on and on about how wonderful she is! 100/10 recommend!

All of the stylists here are amazing. Seriously. I needed an emergency fix for a questionable balayage I got elsewhere (big mistake) and Jazmen completely saved my hair. She paid close attention to my wants, tested my hair to make sure the color correction would work, and was just overall amazing! I’ve also seen Gia before (my mom sees her now) and she is totally lovely too! I get very overstimulated easily too and this salon and everyone there has always made me feel very comfortable everytime I’ve been there. Thank you so much for everything! - Alyssa

Gia is great! I was looking for someone with experience cutting curly/wavy hair. She really tries to understand your hair texture and makes a plan how to move forward. My hair is looking so much better after 1 year with Gia. I feel like she really knows my hair and cuts accordingly. She’s such a rare find!
