I've only been here for the Japanese Head Spa and every time has been absolutely amazing and so wonderfully relaxing. I've seen someone different every time but they've all been great. The whole staff from entering the building to wrapping up your service has been lovely to interact with. I highly recommend the treat &/or routine.

I had the best experience with Chelsea. She was very professional and made my experience so peaceful. I highly recommend going to her if you are looking for a head spa.

My sister and I planned a day of relaxation and pampering that included a visit to Collective Hue. We both did the 90 minute Japanese hair spa experience and we both LOVED our treatments. I have fine, limp, thin hair that's been falling out like crazy so I've been trying to take special care of my scalp and hair to promote regrowth. For several days following my treatment, I had volume that I had never thought possible and my scalp felt like it was breathing! So yeah, while this experience was suuuuper relaxing, there's also science and a great deal of skill/education behind the benefits. The salon and spa area are squeaky clean, the vibes are chill and the staff and so kind and welcoming. Treat yourself and your follicles to a visit here.

I was recently treated to a Japanese head spa experience, and it was absolute heaven from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and relaxing. The stylist started with a detailed scalp analysis, explaining the health of my scalp and hair in a way that was both educational and fascinating. Then came the best part — a long, slow head massage with warm water, essential oils, and gentle exfoliation. The combination of the rhythmic massage and the soothing sound of water literally melted away all my tension. After the treatment, my hair felt light, silky, and refreshed, and my scalp felt so clean. It wasn’t just a hair treatment — it was total mind-and-body relaxation. If you’ve never experienced a Japanese head spa before, do yourself a favor and book one. It’s the ultimate self-care experience.

Kylie did my Keratin Complex Treatment and was very satisfied with the results. She was very thorough. You can tell that she's an expert in what she does. Happy to have found Hue Collective Salon and Spa. Definitely a keeper. BTW, Shishi does eyebrow threading perfectly. You wont regret switching to this salon!

I am an African American female. I booked the 60 minute Japanese head spa ($100) with a blowout ($40). The head massage was wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming environment. The 3 stars is because unfortunately my stylist was not experienced in my texture of hair. So the usual detangle and blowout would take 15 minutes, took about an hour. She was very kind and gentle. But I was disappointed because when I booked the appointment, I put in the description that I had fine, textured hair. My hair does not do well with a lot of manipulation and excessive combing. That causes unnecessary breakage and my scalp to hurt. I am not sure if this location has other customers with my texture of hair but as much as I enjoyed the scalp massage, I would not recommend unless there is a stylist more knowledgeable. I did not mention the stylist I had because she was kind and i want this to be a learning experience not taken personal.

I've actually been client of Danielle's for years. She's done cuts, lightening, and color for me in the past. I am always blown away at her attention to detail, artistry and skill. Most recently Danielle did a Keratin straightening treatment on my hair and it is so incredibly gorgeous. Never in my life have I been able to get a comb through my hair when it is dry. It is now straight, sleek and as smooth as butter. I cannot recommend Danielle enough. (And if you have challenging hair texture, ask her about the Keratin treatment!)
