This salon is absolutely top tier in service, comfort, beauty, expertise, knowledge, and products! I cannot speak enough on how stunning this salon is. The visuals and the energy they have created to truly make you feel glorious is so impressive. Mazie offered me her knowledge and expertise that cannot be priced. I always look for a hair stylist that knows how to "read hair" and is not afraid to give suggestions or take the lead in every way, and Mazie absolutely met that bar. If you’re double guessing about this place for any reason, including price, just know that the amount of knowledge that you leave with from here, if you ask your stylist for it, will in itself leave you with a lifetime of adjusting you hair care to the better

The owner, Kenzi, is so welcoming and makes you feel right at home. My hair dream team was Summer and her co-stylist Emily, and they were both incredibly patient and kind — walking me through every step of my much-needed hair transformation (it’s been almost two years since my last salon visit!). My hair is off to such a great start, and I’m already looking forward to coming back in 3–4 months for a partial highlight touch-up and root refresh. Ladies, don’t wait — book your appointment now! Mazey is a Hair Expert! Mazey was absolutely amazing! I've never had a stylist who truly understood my hair type before. She took her time with me, focusing on what was best for both me and my hair. She taught me so much about managing my thick, frizzy, curly hair, and the cut she gave me is both versatile and gorgeous. I highly recommend the moisturizing treatment - it made such a difference! Her brow services are excellent too. The salon uses wonderful products, and the overall experience exceeded all my expectations. I'll definitely be returning as a regular customer. If you have curly hair and have struggled to find the right stylist, I can't recommend Mazey enough!

TL; RD: 10/10 recommend TRU Hair Salon for your hair care needs. This isn’t a stop for me, it’s my salon home for as long as I’m in the Springs! The first time I got my hair done professionally, I was 16. And throughout my life, it has been difficult to find a stylist that I can trust as much as I did as a teen. My mother recommended TRU Hair Salon—and I feel so blessed. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful for one: hello aesthetics! But the energy here is—just different. From the moment you walk in the door. You feel it from those at the front desk… Charlie, Kate, Katie (hope I spelled your name right) rockstars! The community you feel here, Kenzi, has created an experience that is unmatched! Every detail is curated with intent and a love of people. Emily!! I am so thrilled to have a stylist again, and who understands my hair. When I first came here she was working on another client and the level of joy she had doing hair—you want someone like that to handle your tresses. Booking with Emily is always a warm and fun vibe. She has a passion for crafting her specialty with reds, and she has blended that beautifully into my blonde hair. Her desire to grow in this industry and her pure joy of it, is infectious! And can we talk about the products!? Omgsh—THE PRODUCTS!!! I love how silky smooth my hair feels with the Smoothing Conditioner by O Way! The Glossy Nectar! This is a serum you use after styling and it smells DIVINE! The Volumizing Root Spray also holds really well for me. I had Morgan as my stylist a few times and she takes the greatest care to listen and reflect my wants into the finished product! I always leave feeling satisfied. I have had low lights and highlights done with a cut and it makes me feel so pretty! I highly recommend Morgan as she is so fun and sweet!

Fantastic low-tox hair salon in Colorado Springs! They were super responsive from the start. The salon is beautiful with lots of natural light and calming tones. Morgan is great, she listened to my concerns and what I wanted. The scalp massage was wonderful too. My hair felt soft, shiny and the color looked natural yet had dimension. I bought some products which I never do because of how my hair looked. They have a wonderful lines of products including one made in Italy. I highly recommend this salon!
