I wear my hair natural hadn't been to get my hair done in years, but I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The experience was very comforting. I received one-on-one attention, and I'll definitely be returning.

My nail tech is better than yours period

I flew in from ATL to get my hair services because I needed my hair done quickly and professionally. I appreciate the after hours services and early morning services with coffee. I so enjoyed my VIP service. Barbie is so pleasant and professional. The glue. A gem hide in Cleveland. I’m a customer for years to come. I met the owner through social media. I loved her confidence and she delivered everything she promotes.

This was my second time going to Hair Mogul, I love the customer service and the atmosphere of the salon. When I go I get the silk press and Kenya never disappoints. Kenya is definitely a master at her craft. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

Kenya is the best stylist I have been to. She is professional and welcoming. Her bundles are the bomb and her sew- ins are flawless! I absolutely love the new shop and it is Covid compliant! Love me some Hairmogul! ❤️

Don't walk away, run away from this salon!! I went to this salon to have my hair shampooed, and the person who worked on my hair was not even licensed. I was under the impression that I was paying for a licensed stylist, not someone's guinea pig. I found out that the hair student wasn't licensed as I questioned her about her experience as she was washing my hair. Needless to say, the hair student did not do natural hair and had never done natural hair!! Even knowing that she lacked experience, I tried to work with her. We decided on a roller set because that was the only option since she didn't have the appropriate styling tools for any other service. I arrived at about 12:30pm and I told them I needed to leave by 3pm. I left at 3:45pm (the hair student needed to leave at 4pm to get to class otherwise who knows when I would have left). It took 2 hours for the hair student to put rollers in my hair. I was under the dryer for 45 minutes, but apparently the hair student didn't put me under the "hot dryer" so my hair did not get dry. Since my hair was not dry, my curls fell immediately, the hair student put white stuff on my edges that I had to wash out because it looked horrible, and I had to pay full price for an incomplete service!! I was completely offended when they TOLD me that I would need to pay full price for the service provided even though it fell well below the industry standard. Rather than argue, get an attitude, or call the police, I paid them my hard earned money (for horrible service and styling) and vowed to never give them my money. Please, go somewhere more professional that will provide licensed stylists (or at a minimum ask if it is ok for a hair student to work on your hair)!!

This place is beautiful and relaxing. They treat their clients well and my daughter's hair looked good but could have been greater had they left her enough leave out hair. You can clearly see her tracks. Thank you for the response back that shows that you do care. We understand everyone's not perfect so we let it go but it was very disappointing. We plan to go swimming in Las Vegas and she has no choice but to put a swimcap on and I constantly check her hair to save any embarrassing moments for her. Please tell them to be more careful she went to prom like that and her graduation is Tuesdau and she is very self conscious and that's not right. Sorry for such a review but overall we did appreciate the experience
