Abstract a Hair Salon

I was suggested to go to Ryan for my haircut. She is the best. I really like the cut. On top of that sh styled it and I almost have never seen my hair this pretty. Highly recommended!

I went for a haircut with Cindy and she was busy, so I got the junior hairstylist, Lizzie. Haircut was fine. I had just gone for a trim. I also asked for an eyebrow wax. I didn't notice it then but when I came home my eyebrows looked so messed up and misshapen. I'm worried how long it will take to get it back to normal. And I was charged an abnormal $20 just for my eyebrows!. I thought this was a reasonably priced place. Won't be going back

LOVE LOVE LOVE I cannot say enough about how much I love this salon & Nicole. I always feel very welcome & important when I walk into Abstract A. Nicole is amazing at her job. She has an amazing vision & I trust her. She has such a great personality & I love sitting & talking to her. I've never felt so good about someone doing my hair as I do with Nicole.

edit: (I would have added another review, but google doesn't do that). the folks here helped me out with a short notice (simple mens) haircut when I needed it. I feel this deserves another positive comment. very awesome. ====== I just got the best cut I've ever had in Cleveland. Nicole took her time and did a fantastic job on my quite unruly hair. The place and all the people were super nice, and two of the most adorable little pooches. They also put up with my nonstop prattling with grace :). Great place, cool people.

We just visited this salon on Friday for my wedding and it was more than perfect. Ryan is the main stylist I see, but all of the women are so talented and passionate that all are are great to work with! We came in and it was a chilly, rainy day. They had fresh hot coffee and pumpkin spice creamer waiting for us, which was just so thoughtful. The whole process of utilizing this salon for our wedding was ideal. From having amazingly fun hair trials to the big day itself, every experience was flawless. Our hair was so beautiful and unique for each one of us. The pricing at this salon is fantastic as well. For being a Paul Mitchell salon with high end stylists, I could not believe how reasonable the final bill was. Brides - seriously check this place out. Not only was this salon for my big day, but I only trust these ladies for my regular services as well. Thank you so much for being so great!

I used to go to Today’s Headlines back in the day. I didn’t realize that Cindy was still there and the owner. I haven’t had a great highlight, cut and style compared to Today’s Headlines in years. Thank God I found her again! She is remarkable and incredible. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone. If you want the absolute best go there!

I have been a regular at Abstract since 2013 when I first moved to the area. As a local student, I have found Abstract to be very convenient with reasonable prices (there’s even a student discount). I have always felt very welcome, well taken care of (the coffee and snacks are great!) and have loved the environment and staff. As for a specific stylist, Nichole has been cutting, dying, and styling my hair since my first appointment in 2013. I change my hair often and she has continuously impressed me with her ability to cut all styles — from long, to medium, and now to a pixie! I’ve had her do an ombré on my brunette hair when it was long that turned out awesome. She recently took my hair to a platinum blonde (with a light lavender shampoo wash) and I’ve received SO many compliments! I can bring her in a picture of what I’m looking for and she can turn it into reality. She has also given me several excellent manicures. Nichole (and the other staff) make great conversation, are friendly and helpful, and have excellent opinions. I will be sad to be leaving Cleveland this summer, but when I visit, I’ll be sure to schedule my appointment with her! (:
