The owner is an absolute vibe and sets the tone for such an amazing experience. Elizabeth always takes such great care of me—she’s truly talented and so passionate about what she does. I leave every appointment feeling confident, refreshed, and genuinely glowing. I come in knowing that when I walk out, my hair (and my mood) will be on another level. The owner Fior is amazing but DO NOT Let ELI do your hair . I was charged extra and paid a price i never paid in the past. And then she ILLEGALY charged me a fee to use My debit card. When i told her it was ILLEGAL She goes " in order to use the machine she had to charge me a fee" save yourself and go to someone else . This is not a reflection of the salon itself only this individual .

The owner do not have patient I took my client the first time told her she wanted something like highlights. She gave her the base color completely dark and I show her a picture of what we want so if it needed to be highlight, she should’ve said that my client did not like the base color and she left it that way dark and I didn’t like it either so when I call her and explain to her and told her she said OK bring her back in. I’ll fix it. She fixed it for free and I love that my client she did the highlights my client loved it and that’s how it was supposed to be from the start if she would’ve listened to what I was telling her instead of doing what she wanted to do. and I asked her to trim my clients hair. She cut it so short that was another thing that I was disappointed on, but the second time she did fix the coloring and my client was happy. I bought her today and this would’ve been the third on my client because she did love her highlights. I’m showing her pictures because she asked to pull up a picture and I told her she wanted it the same way she did last time so she said no I don’t want the confusion. I need to send a picture in the first time I show her a picture and she still got it wrong, but I’m telling her to do it just like she did before even with the base color and everything no I want to see a picture so I pulled up a picture now she say oh I’m not Gonna think she’s gonna like the orange in there, but this is the base color. It’s like it I told her to use something like a copper color for the base color she gave me attitude. She didn’t know her speaking in in Spanish and didn’t know I do know some Spanish and she was talking about my client. That’s very unprofessional but we still waited. I’m trying to figure out cause she’s telling me know about this one color so I’m like show me a picture than what are you talking about? She’s giving us attitude very rude and I’m just over it. I said I’m done. It’s OK don’t worry about it. My client had the money to pay for whatever services she needed it and how much it didn’t matter but for her to treat someone that way is very nasty and not professional so I recommend before you go Have a picture and stand on what you want. Do not let a hairstylist. Do what they want to do when you’re paying your money

I love this place. Feels like home and everyone takes their time with u to make sure ur hair is beautiful. Maira is so amazing. I have been going to her for 10 years, all her staff is just as dedicated as she is. Thank all of u for always making sure i have a great experience xoxo

Great place to get your hair done, especially if you want the Keratin, highly recommended. They speak both Spanish and English, ladies are very friendly

I'm very satisfied with my hair. This was my first time at the salon. I'm very picky about my hair but Eli did a great job. She took her time with my blow dry and flat iron and curls. I especially was happy she wasn't rough with blow drying my hair. She used the right amount of heat for my 4b/c hair. I relocated from Chicago so I know good hair stylist and Eli is definitely one. I will be back to see her❤️😘
