Pre Maddana Hair salon

Very dissatisfied with the service provided. My son wanted locs I asked if the loctitian was able to work with his hair and sent a picture. I was told yes. When I arrived she didn’t say she couldn’t do it, but what my son ended up with was a mess for $400. Now his hair will have to be cut. So $400 for nothing. Next time just say you can’t do the job and I’ll find someone who can. Boxes are uneven. Ends are still straight. Just a hot mess. By the way locs should be able to be parted uniformly and atleast be relatively the same size. For you to say that the boxes are not suppose to be straight that’s not true. Do they have to be no, but to look nice they should. Especially for what you charged. And once again if you couldn’t do the style you should’ve just said so. Because in your response that’s what I heard.

During the installation, I found Maddana to be professional, competent and thorough. She patiently answered my questions/concerns through out the process and I left her chair ECSTATIC!

Mrs. Maddana is Very Professional and Knowledgeable about any Hair Care especially Dreadlocks I’ve been client for years and She Took very care of my Sister In Law Hair while she was Visiting and Her Work is Exceptionally Beautiful.

She is an amazing stylist. I started instant locs on my own and then stopped half way. I realized I had an engagement to attend this weekend and would not have time to finish. She is squeezed me in for consult on the day I called for services. She squeezed me in again for the next day to get my hair fixed. She is kind, takes great pride in her work and a pleasure to work with. As I start my journey, She will be managing my hair for me. I recommend her whole heartedly. Don’t laugh at my before and after!
