i showed her a picture of what i wanted and got exactly what i wanted! I had probably 6in of dead ends and she somehow made it look like she only cut off 3in. she is like the female version of edward scissor hands! we talked the whole time not a dull moment an she got me an my daughter in an out in 1 hr. 1000% recommend. i will be returning cause i locked her in! it so hard to find a good fit for your hair an she was literally my Honduras Fairy godmother! thank you so much for your service!!

I just arrived in Clarksville from Chicago and was in need of a haircut. I walked into a salon looking for a simple haircut and Jenny kindly took me in. She not only cut my hair but also gave me fantastic advice on how to manage it. She's amazing, and I will definitely be going back to her!

Jenny is the absolute best! She is the only person in Clarksville that I trust do anything with my hair! Not only is she amazing at what she does as a hair stylist, but she is also a beautiful person inside and out. She will not let you leave until everything is perfect and just the way you want it. I will always recommend her to anyone wanting to get their hair done!

I came here on a friday, 2 weeks before i have prom, for a balayage. There was soo many red flags. Jenny had originally told me she’d strip my hair of color for free and charge me at the second appointment for the balayage. However, toward the end of the appointment she tells me the price for the first appointment. Which i should’ve seen coming because it being free doesn’t sound right, however if that’s what she says, she needs to stick to her word. She completely over processed my hair, which i had to do 2 treatments myself to rehydrate it. I left and my hair did not only feel dead, but it looked dead. I came home and many people had told me my hair looks bad, which is when I realized she had completely messed my hair up. She told me that at the end of the first appointment my hair would be a solid color all around, however my roots and random spots throughout my hair are a darker color than the rest of my hair. I had messaged her and called her today, i tried being civil with her, but she keeps interrupting me and wouldn’t let me explain. She proceeds to tell me I don’t know what i’m talking about and that she’s the professional. At this point, I had my mom try to get her to understand and hear us out, but Jenny continued to interrupt and not let us get a word in. I am HIGHLY disappointed in this service and "professionalism". My hair has never looked this horrible and I have never had an issue with other stylists messing up my hair, especially to this extent.

Jenny was so amazing. I came into her salon after I messed up my hair so bad, I tried to bleach my bangs on top of henna at home and it came out HORRIBLE, I was in a panic trying to find someone that would help me and when I walked into her shop the guy that was there told me she wasn't in and to call her to see if she could help. I got ahold of her and explained the situation and she got me in an hour later. She had already left for the day and was having dinner but she dropped everything to come in and help me. I cannot express how greatful I am that she did. I came in distraught thinking I had destroyed my hair and left absolutely in love with the work she did. I'm never letting anyone else touch my hair again, if you want your hair to look gorgeous I highly recommend going to her salon.

If I could leave less than one star I would. She kept my $81 dollar deposit!!! I canceled my appointment minutes after I made it and after waiting a day to see if my deposit got returned….nothing. So I called her. She said to give it up to 72 hours if not call her again. That was over 3 months ago. I’ve left voicemails and messages on all social profiles, still nothing. Ugh, got robbed!

Jenny knows what she is doing… she took my dead locks and made me beautiful again… super nice, professional and passed the first time test… I’ll be back in August for some highlights and back for all touch ups and hair needs… Thank you Jenny for helping me find me again…
